Study On The Leaf-removing Modes In The Field Of New Flue-cured Tobacco Line CF8704

Tobacco leaf is the basis of the development of the tobacco industry.With the continuous changes in the structure of the cigarette industry,the quality requirements of tobacco raw materials are becoming higher and higher.However,in view of the actual production of tobacco leaves,on the one hand,the stock of tobacco leaves is high,on the other hand,the quantity and quality of high-quality tobacco leaves cannot meet the needs of the cigarette industry,and the structural contradictions of raw materials are increasingly prominent.Fresh tobacco leaves unsuitable for flue-cured tobacco to remove leaves in the field refers to the removal of tobacco plants during the growth of flue-cured tobacco.The part of fresh tobacco leaves(lower foot leaves or upper top leaves)is not suitable.Adjust the nutrition level of tobacco plants and the quantity and structure of tobacco leaves to achieve the regulation of tobacco yield The purpose technology is an effective measure to solve the structural contradiction of raw materials.In this experiment,CF8704 and the local main variety Yunyan 87 were used as the research objects,and four leaf-removing modes were set,respectively: Mode 1: According to the current production methods of tobacco farmers,the milk foot leaves were removed during the cultivation of the cultivator,and the topping was routinely performed;Mode 2: On the basis of mode 1,the bottom 2 lower leaves are knocked out when topping;Mode 3: On the basis of mode 1,the bottom 4 lower leaves are knocked out while topping;Mode 4;on the basis of mode one,when topping,the bottom two lower leaves are removed,and 10 days after topping,the top two top leaves are removed.The effects of different leafremoving modes on the yield,chemical composition and economic traits of the new fluecured tobacco lines CF8704 and Yunyan 87 in Chongqing were analyzed to screen out the best and unsuitable fresh tobacco field cultivation for the new tobacco line CF8704 leaf-removing model,and provide some theoretical basis and technical guidance for optimizing the structure of tobacco leaves in Chongqing.The results showed that the new flue-cured tobacco lines CF8704 and Yunyan 87 could moderately improve the appearance quality and chemical composition coordination of tobacco leaves under Mode 2,and increase the yield,output value and upper-middle smoke rate of tobacco leaves.Tobacco plants in mode two have good leaf opening effect.Plant height,stem circumference and leaf length and width are higher than the other three leafing modes.The single leaf weight of mature tobacco leaves is better than that of the other three leafing mode;In terms of pigments,the new flue-cured tobacco line CF8704 performs best in Mode 2,better than the other three modes,and Yunyan 87 Mode 1 performs best and is superior to the other three modes;In terms of enzyme activity,the nitrate reductase(NR)and sucrose invertase(INV)activity of the new flue-cured tobacco line CF8704 in Mode 2 was the highest,which was superior to the other three modes.Nitrate reductase(NR)and sucrose invertase(INV)have the highest activity and are superior to the other three leafing modes.In terms of chemical coordination,only two lower leaves were removed by Mode 2,which significantly improved the chemical coordination of tobacco leaves.From the comparison of chemical composition,Mode 2 performed best among the four modes.In terms of economic traits,Mode 2 has significantly improved the output value and upper-middle tobacco rate of tobacco leaves,and its economic traits performed best among the four modes.Comprehensive analysis of the above indicators,in the new flue-cured tobacco lines CF8704 and Yunyan 87,although the characteristics of the two are different,the agronomic traits,leaf position changes,chemical composition,related enzyme activities and economic traits of the two in the same leafing mode there are differences.However,the new fluecured tobacco lines CF8704 and Yunyan 87 had the best comprehensive traits in mode two,indicating that the new flue-cured tobacco line CF8704 had the same best leafing mode as the local main variety Yunyan 87.Therefore,the best remove the leaves modes of the new flue-cured tobacco line CF8704 is to remove the milk foot leaves when cultivating the soil and then the bottom two lower leaves.
