Based On The Questionnaire Survey, The Management Status And Optimization Countermeasures Of Yujia Homestay In Rongcheng City

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it is emphasized that the key direction of future development is rural revitalization.It is necessary to always adhere to the priority development of rural areas and agriculture,and conscientiously implement the general principles and policies of living rich,ecologically livable,prosperous industry,civilized township style,and effective governance.Due to the overall revitalization of rural tourism,small fishing villages with a long history and strong culture have gradually become hot tourist destinations,and the residential accommodation built against the background of beautiful fishing villages has been highly respected by tourists and has become an indispensable part of the tourism industry,which can not only meet the leisure needs of tourists,but also increase the income of farmers,and play an important role in promoting the development of rural economy.Through the method of literature research,this paper combs and analyzes the related research of residential accommodation at home and abroad,defines the concept of residential accommodation of fishermen,and uses the theory of customer satisfaction,consumer behavior theory,tourism demand supply theory,importance-satisfaction(IPA)and other related theories,selects four representative villages to carry out the field investigation and interview of fisherman accommodation.Through the questionnaire of fisherman and resident tourists in Rongcheng City and the questionnaire survey of owners of residential accommodation of fishermen in Rongcheng City,this paper makes a survey on the demographic statistics of tourists,the channels of obtaining information,the influencing factors of choosing accommodation and customer satisfaction,as well as the scale,benefit and mode of operation.This paper makes a detailed descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data through SPSS23.0,and makes an IPA comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting tourists' choice of fishermen and accommodation and the satisfaction and importance of tourists to fishermen's accommodation,so as to make clear the priority and perfect level of the current index of customer satisfaction of fishermen and residents in Rongcheng City.Finally,based on the results of questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the development of fishing house in Rongcheng City,and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the management,which provides a theoretical basis for the healthy development of fishermen in Rongcheng City.The results show that the existing problems of fishermen in Rongcheng City are mainly as follows: obvious seasonality,short stay time;unbalanced marketing channels,attractiveness,backward sales thinking;employees and homestay owners lack relevant training;government and associations lack guidance for them;the price of the homestay is different and Incomplete infrastructure.The next step is that Rongcheng Municipal Government can optimize the development of fishing village homestay and accommodation in Rongcheng City through the following countermeasures,such as reducing seasonal effect,prolong their stay,broaden marketing channels,innovate marketing strategy,more and better training for employees and homestay owners,strengthen the guidance of government and association,make reasonable price,improve facilities of homestay,improve the standards of catering industry.Finally pointed out that Rongcheng fishing village homestay will replace business idea,change development strategy and focus on transformation mode in the future.
