| In 2017,General Secretary Xi put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the report of the 19 th National Congress.The Rural Revitalization Strategy also puts forward higher requirements for the development of China’s fishery.Improving the level of fishery development is an internal requirement and an important starting point to comply with the Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new era.It is important to improve the industrial structure of fishery,promote fishermen to change jobs,get rid of poverty and health,stimulate the vitality of fishery development It is of great significance to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of fisheries,promote the development process of fishing villages and realize the revitalization of fishing villages.This paper takes the development of fishery in Dongkou village of Yantai City as the starting point,and analyzes the influencing factors and Countermeasures of fishery development in Dongkou village of Yantai City under the guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Using the methods of questionnaire survey,literature analysis,field interview and comparative analysis,this paper collects the relevant data on the fishery development of Dongkou village,Yantai City,summarizes and combs the current situation of the fishery development of Dongkou village,Yantai City,and uses the IAD framework to analyze the external factors(village characteristics,fishery infrastructure,fishery development regulations)and internal factors respectively(implementation scenario,cooperation of fishery management personnel and fishermen)Analysis,combined with the IAD framework analysis results,and using spss26.0 data statistical analysis software,this paper makes a multiple regression analysis on the influencing factors of the current fishery development in Dongkou village,Yantai city.Starting from the actual situation of the region and combined with relevant cases,this paper explores the countermeasures to promote the fishery development in Dongkou village,including: paying attention to fishery development,strengthening fishery publicity,increasing capital investment and supporting Support fishery development;develop marine pastures and leisure fisheries;strengthen fishery law enforcement and improve guarantee capacity;cultivate professionals and improve management level;mobilize mass forces to actively develop fishery.This paper also draws lessons from the fishery development experience of Gangdong village,Dazhang village and Sunjiawan village,and puts forward the countermeasures suitable for the fishery development of Dongkou village.Among them,Gangdong village and Dazhang village are analyzed according to the first-hand data obtained from field investigation,and the content is more detailed and accurate.The results show that promoting the development of fishing village fishery can effectively increase the income of fishermen,explore a new path for the development of fishing village fishery and promote the revitalization of fishing village.The development of fishery is closely related to the local natural and cultural environment,local policy environment,financial support,technical development,professional talent team,fishermen’s attention,etc.by putting forward the Countermeasures for the development of fishery in Dongkou village,Yantai City,we can further optimize fishery management,improve the problems faced by fishery development,and solve the shortage of fishermen’s income The slow development of fishery and other current situations,improve the living standards of fishermen,improve the economic income of fishery,and then realize the revitalization of fishing villages.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the novelty of the topic and the pertinence of the research object.This paper takes the fishery development of Dongkou village in Yantai City as the research object.Through field investigation,this paper makes a further analysis and Research on the fishery of Dongkou village by using spss26.0 data statistical analysis model,which is unprecedented at present. |
