| Newcastle disease is one of the common diseases difficult to control in layer chicken breeding,It is mainly based on prevention,Immunization is the main means to prevent and control the epidemic of Newcastle disease in chickens.Due to the failure of Newcastle disease vaccination,this disease has caused great losses on hens farming.Therefore,monitoring the change of Newcastle disease Antibody Level,establishing proper immune program are significant to the immune protection rate of Newcastle disease in chickens.This experiment collected samples of 1W or less,1W to 10 W feathers,and 10 W or more layer farms,Using the hemagglutination(HA)test-Hemagglutination inhibition(HI)tentative to test the antibody titer of the samples,Analyzing the immune effect of Newcastle disease of different scale farms.Samples of laying hens immunized with different methods for the Newcastle disease IV(Lasota)vaccine were collected.Samples of laying hens immunized with different methods for the Newcastle disease IV(Lasota)vaccine,antibody titer was tested after 15 days,analyzing the immune effects of Newcastle Disease of different immune methods.Samples of Newcastle disease immunization programs with different days old,different vaccine types,and different immunization procedures.According to the results of antibody monitoring,the growth and decline law of antibody titers in different immunization procedures was analyzed and a reasonable immunization procedures was obtained.(1)The recommended vaccination procedure for Newcastle disease in large-scale egg chicken farms in Jilin province is: ND&IB freeze-dried vaccine(eye dropping,1 dose / bird)and inactivated ND&AI vaccine(subcutaneous injection,0.3 mL)at 7d,ND&IB freeze-dried vaccine at 21 d and ND&IB freeze-dried vaccine(watering,2 dose / bird)35d,ND IV(Lasota)attenuated vaccine(eye dropping,1 dose / bird)& inactivated ND&AI vaccine(subcutaneous injection,0.5 mL)at 60 d,ND&IB freeze-dried(watering,2-3 dose / bird)and inactivated ND&BI&AI&EDS vaccine(subcutaneous injection,0.5 mL)at 110 d.ND attenuated vaccine(watering,3 dose / bird)at 50% egg production,and,inactivated ND&AI vaccines(intramuscular injection,0.5 m L)at 230 d.The egg production period starts from 300 days,every 45 days or so,ND IV vaccine and ND&IB freeze-dried vaccine alternately administered in the drinking water to ensure the egg quality and quality at the later stage of laying period.About 90 days after laying period,inactivated ND&AI vaccine was immunized against to ensure cluster antibodies.(2)Comparing the immune effects of different immunization methods for ND Virulent Vaccine IV,the best way to immunize is aerosol immunity,followed by nasal drops,and finally drinking.(3)According to the results of antibody titers of different scales laying hens farms,as a whole,large-scale layer farms have higher average antibody titer,better uniformity,and less dispersion than medium-and small-scale ones. |
