Newcastle disease is an acute and high contact infectious disease caused by Newcastle disease virus,which mainly infects poultry and shows characteristic clinical symptoms.The spread of the disease is very rapid,the mortality rate is very high.Once there are cases in the chicken flock,it will spread to the whole flock in a short time,causing large-scale death and seriously endangering the poultry industry in the world.Objective:In order to understand the nd immune effect of this large-scale chicken farm and formulate a new immune program,this experiment started with the immune control of Newcastle disease,and carried out dynamic monitoring of antibody against NDV vaccine in a large-scale chicken farm in Xinjiang,and compared the immune effect of various types of vaccines,and optimized the immunization program according to the above research results.Methods: Hemagglutination / hemagglutination inhibition test was used to monitor the immune antibodies in a large-scale chicken farm in Xinjiang in recent 4 years.Ten kinds of vaccines were used to evaluate the immune effect of chickens under the same feeding and management.The qualified rate of antibody was used as the evaluation standard to select the vaccine with better immune effect.Comprehensive analysis of the test results,the original immunization program was optimized,and antibody monitoring was carried out.Results: 1.One The qualified rates of antibody in field a in recent four years were 65.00%-100.00%,88.00%-100.00%,94.00%-100.00%,96.00%-100.00%,83.00%-100.00%,96.50%-100.00% and96.70%-100.00% in field a,88.00%-100.00%,94.00%-100.00%,80.00%-100.00% and 87.50%respectively in field a,88.00%-100.00%,94.00%-100.00%,96.50%-100.00% and 96.00%-100.00% in field a,respectively-100.00%.The immune antibody level of the three Ma feather chicken farms fluctuated,but the immune antibody level increased year by year,and the immune effect of farm B was better than that of farm a and C.2.The positive rates of Nd + IB(mersadon)vaccine group were 32.18%,93.21% and 100%,respectively;the positive rates of Nd + H9(Yibang)group were 55.63%,100% and 100%;the positive rates of Nd + IB + EDS(Yibang)group were 52.13%,100% and 100%;the positive rates of new flow gland(Xinde / Yibang)immune group were 10.23%,95.62% and 100%;the positive rates of Nd + H9 +gland(Xinde)group were 10.23%,95.62% and 100%,respectively The positive rates of Nd + h9-k were60.23%,95.64%,98.56%,88.75%,100% and 100%,respectively The positive rates were 55.85%,100%and 98.99% in Qingdao Yibang group,70.23%,98.26% and 100% in xinbeiling group,60.23%,92.63%and 100% in xinweiling group,65.28%,98.36% and 100% in oil vaccine: Nd + IBD + H9 group.After the first immunization,several types of vaccines need to strengthen immunization,and their immune antibodies can reach the national level.The immune effect of Nd + H9,Nd + IB + EDS and Nd(genotype 7)is the best.3.The immunization program was adjusted to 2 weeks: Nd + IB(clone30 + Ma5)(moshadong),6W Nd + H9 + IB(Yibang),11W: immunexinzhiling,15W(Nd + H9)-K(Qingdao Yibang),20 W + 4immunizing Nd + IB + IBD(moshadong),25W(Nd + H9 + IB)-K(Qingdao Yibang),34W:immunexinzhiling(moshadong),40 W immune xinbailing(Meiya),47 w + 1 Immunized with Nd + H9(Qingdao Yibang).The immune program of commercial chickens was 1-day-old ruizhixin(subcutaneous injection in neck),7-day-old(eye spot),14-day-old(Nd + H9)-K(subcutaneous injection in neck),28 day old(drinking water)and 50 day old(drinking water).Conclusion: According to the test results,the NDV immune effect of a large-scale chicken farm inXinjiang showed an increasing trend year by year.The adjusted immunization program had better protection for chicken flocks,and the positive rate of immune antibody reached more than 98.00%,which effectively protected chickens from NDV.
