Optimization Of Newcastle Disease Immunization Programs

In order to filter out the resistance to Newcastle.disease infected with virulent Newcastle disease immunization program in broiler.By using new methods of isolating and purifying RNA of NDV, we fund the methods for rapidly detecting virulent NDV directly in allantoic fluid,cell culture solution or cloacal swabs based on RT-PCR.We detect virulent NDV in chickens with the improved RT-PCR within 16 hours. There are 3 cloacal swabs which we detecting virulent NDV in it from 25 cloacal swabs of chickens. Virulent NDV was found in 7 samples within 90 samples of the chickens which were vaccated with LaSota 7 days befoe by using the methods for detecting virulent NDV based on RT-PCR. To find the relation of the chickens' effects of HI and infection of virulent NDV, we checked virulent NDV by RT-PCR. The results show that the chickens did not infected virulent NDV.
