Abstract/Summary:
Vaccine for immunization is an important method of prevention of Avian Influenza. Due to the characteristics of long breeding cycle of the Laying-hen, we need to find a scientific, reasonable, convenient and effective immune procedure. In this test,8000layers were divided into two groups and inoculated respectively with th e H5N2+H9N2bivalent seedlings and H5, H9unit price seedlings, and then, the serum antib ody titers of H5and H9were monitored regularly. Through the HA and HI test and the statistical software SAS9.0for antibody monitoring and analysis of the results. The results show that these two methods are similar in the growth and decline of antibodies H5and H9. There was no significant difference from the statistical test. This result shows that the protective force of the two immune program was little difference, but the bivalent vaccine was more economical and convenient. The most ideal immune program was inoculated the H5N2+H9N2bivalent seedlings at the3rd,6th,18th week before the laying period and31st week during the laying period.
