At present,the research on grape(Vitis vinifera L.)quality mainly focuses on the environmental factors such as light,temperature,and the changes of cultivation methods such as irrigation and fertilization as well as the physiological aspects forming different fruit quality.Previous studies mainly focused on the size of measured data and the differences of data among different varieties,but rarely analyzed the metabolite spectra of fruit quality characteristic components,and the specific ingredients affecting grape taste remains to be unclear.The effects of organic and chemical fertilizers on soil physical and chemical properties,dynamic changes of branch morphology growth,nutrient elements of leaves and fruit quality were studied using grape grafted seedlings with 5-year-old,the consistent growth and the healthy growth vigor at different maturity stages such as early-maturing,medium-maturing and late-maturing as experimental materials and single application of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer.The results are as follows:(1)Organic fertilizer could improve soil acidity and alkalinity,and made soil tend to be acidic.In addition,it could also increase soil porosity,water content,organic matter content and the contents of available phosphorus,available potassium,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium.The contents of 12 mineral elements such as N,P and K in soil treated with organic fertilizer all increased significantly.(2)Organic fertilizer could promote the early germination of the branches of Summer Black varieties,significantly increase the grape branch coarseness;could significantly increase the water content of leaves,promote the growth of epidermal cells on leaves,and increase the cell area.In addition,it could significantly increase the content of 10 mineral elements in leaves,such as N,P and K.(3)Organic fertilizer could significantly increase the single fruit weight of the grapes,reduce fruit shape index,significantly increase water content,soluble solids,soluble protein,VC and total sugar content of fruit,reduce titratable acid content,and significantly increase the content of 10 mineral elements in fruits,such as N,P and K,organic fertilizer treatment could increase the kinds and relative content of aroma components in grape fruit,effectively increase the contents of delicious amino acids,sweet amino acids,aroma-related amino acids and total amino acids in fruits. |
