Cow mastitis and cow hoof disease is a common disease in the process of dairy cattle breeding,in the production of cows is not easy to implement early diagnosis,so missed the best treatment time,and eventually lead to the onset of cows,serious illness is forced to eliminate,to the dairy farming industry has brought huge economic losses.Among all cow hoof diseases,the incidence of hoof dermatitis is the highest,resulting in the most serious economic losses,the accurate evaluation of the different pathogenesis of hoof dermatitis is helpful to the correct diagnosis and efficient treatment of the disease,but because the hoof is easy to contaminate dung urine,the traditional diagnosis method of cow hoof dermatitis and cow nipple scoring method have a long time to diagnose,low accuracy,high labor intensity,less safety and health and other deficiencies.According to the actual use of ranch,this study designed and developed a kind of high-definition camera-based image acquisition equipment for the bottom and nipple ends of cow’s hoof and nipple.The parameters such as camera resolution,camera focus speed,data transmission speed,device size and so on are determined by pre-test.By measuring the structure size of each module of the camera and the size of the equipment needed for diagnosis,the device structure diagram is drawn by using the UG10.0 software,and the device shell is manufactured by the 3D printer,and the prototype of the equipment is assembled.The equipment was used to diagnose hoof dermatitis and nipple end score of 681 Holstein cows in a ranch in Daqing City.At noon,dairy cows were milked in the milking hall and compared with plane mirror reflection method while milking cows in the milking room,at the same time,the diagnosis of hoof dermatitis with high-definition camera was compared with that of plane mirror method.The LMT diagnosis of recessive mastitis in dairy cows was compared with the end diagnosis score of dairy nipple with HD camera.The research on clinical application effect shows that the equipment needs about 2s~8s to diagnose each hoof,2s~7s to diagnose the teat end of each cow,which has the characteristics of fast picture transmission speed,good imaging effect,long waiting time,waterproof and portable.The application of differential diagnosis of pododermatitis in dairy cows and scoring of milk catheter ends in dairy cows enables rapid,accurate,low cost diagnosis of pododermatitis in dairycows,enabling precise determination of different stages of pododermatitis in dairy cows,compared with traditional diagnostic methods.It can improve the work efficiency of diagnosis of pododermatitis and scoring at the end of breast catheter,and greatly reduce the labor intensity.
