| Potato is the fourth largest grain crop in our country and widely distributed,but in most parts of the potato separation is still in the manual sorting stage.Based on this situation,we designed the potato classifier based on machine vision.After collecting the image information of potato that was analyzed and processing,which achieved the rapid classification of the potato size and external defect.To satisfy the requirement of potato image acquisition of potato sorter,the paper designed the image acquisition system of potato grading detection based on multi CCD camera,the main contents include:(1)In order to achieve a complete extraction of potato surface information,in the process of horizontal projectile motion using potato,designed four CCD cameras to acquire the images of the potato scheme.The paper analyzed the scheme of images collection and composition of the images acquisition system in detail.Which includes PC,Gigabit Ethernet of four channel,four CCD cameras,and synchronous signal controllers and so on.(2)When the multi CCD camera acquires the image of the rolling potato,it must make sure that the camera is synchronous.Otherwise,the accuracy and efficiency of post sorting was influenced by the lost frames or arbitrary frames.This paper took STC89C52 MCU as the core controller,designed a synchronous signal controller,which realized the four cameras trigger work and synchronization tasks.At the same time,the paper analyzed carefully the hardware of the synchronous signal controller and the programming method.(3)On the basis of the MERUCURY software package,analyzed the functions in the package,this paper developed a real-time display system of multiple cameras,used the Visual Studio 2010 platform and exploited the system software that display the potato images collected by multiple cameras.Finally,the system software realized—a real time display and acquisition demand of potato.The paper designed the image acquisition system of potato grading detection based on multi CCD camera,which realized the synchronous triggering of multiple cameras,ensured the surface information acquisition of whole potato,and it could display the potato image on the PC software interface in real time way.The paper designed the multi CCD camera image acquisition system provides important technical support for the potato sorter which accurately and rapidly sorted potato. |
