| In the process of grain storage in China,checking the pests in the stored grain mainly relys on manual inspection,which is not only a heavy workload,but also cannot guarantee the accuracy and real-time.With the development of automation technology,some automatic monitoring devices have been gradually applied to grain bin pest monitoring,but these devices have many problems such as low effectiveness,poor real-time,and inaccurate pest classification.To solve these problems,this paper designs an automatic pest image acquisition device based on a probe-tube trap.The device uses STM32F407 as the core processing module and controls the camera module for image acquisition through infrared photoelectric triggering to provide basic image information for subsequent pest positioning and classification identification.In addition,a cleaning structure is designed inside the device to clean the pests or impurities inside the collector.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.1.Structural design of rhe equipment:according to the application scenario and functional requirements of the equipment,the probe-tube pest trap-based pest image acquisition equipment that can be used at a certain depth in the grain pile is designed and the equipment material is selected so that it can meet certain mechanical structure and facilitate the assembly of hardware and deployment of the system.2.Hardware design of the equipment:according to the function of the equipment,the hardware circuit schematic and pcb engineering diagram of image acquisition were designed and realized,so that it can realize image acquisition and data transmission,and the design optimized the pcb layout,board frame shape and circuit board connection structure to maximize the use of space area.3.Software design of the equipment:the control program of the equipment side is designed to realize the logic control of the hardware and data communication with the upper computer;the software test program of the PC side can realize the functions of data communication,data display and saving.4.System testing and analysis of the equipment:this study analyzes the actual monitoring effect of the system on grain storage pests by testing the effective capture rate of pests,infrared sensor sensitivity,counting accuracy and other indicators of the equipment,and the test results show that the system has good trapping effect and automatic detection capability,and is a good study to meet the demand for real-time monitoring of grain bin pests.The test results show that the system has good trapping effect and automatic detection ability,and it is a good research exploration to meet the application demand of real-time monitoring of grain bin pests. |
