Using the thin-skinned melon"Jinfei"as the test material,the melon was soaked and foliar sprayed with different concentrations of abscisic acid?ABA?and 6-Furfurylaminopurine?6-KT?.The seed soaking test was carried out by potting method.A total of 7 treatments were set.The ABA soaking concentration was A1(0.2mg.L-1),A2(0.6mg.L-1),A3(1.8mg.L-1),6-KT soaking The concentrations were B1(0.3mg.L-1),B2(0.6 mg.L-1),and B3(1.2mg.L-1);water soaking seeds were used as control?CK?.The foliar spray test uses a greenhouse ridge planting method.The ABA leaf surface spraying concentration was C1(2mg.L-1),C2(4mg.L-1),C3(8mg.L-1),and6-KT leaf surface spraying concentration was D1(2mg.L-1),D2(4mg.L-1),and D3(8 mg.L-1),and water spray was used as a control?CK?.During the growth and development of melon,the morphology,material accumulation,physiology,yield composition and quality index were determined to study the effects of ABA and 6-KT on melon morphogenesis,physiological metabolism,yield and quality formation.Provide theoretical references for physiological metabolism,yield and quality control.The results are as follows:1.ABA seed soaking treatment inhibited the plant height and main root length of melon.Compared with CK,the inhibitory effect of A2(0.6mg.L-1)treatment was the lowest,but ABA seed soaking treatment increased the stem diameter and leaf area of melon.Compared with CK,the treatment effect of A2(0.6mg.L-1)on the stem diameter and leaf area of melon was the most obvious;6-KT seed soaking treatment could increase the plant height,stem diameter,main root length of melon and leaf area,compared with CK,the treatment concentration of B2(0.6mg.L-1)had the most significant promoting effect on melon seedling morphology.2.ABA and 6-KT seed soaking treatment can increase the fresh weight and dry weight of the aboveground and underground parts of melon;compared with CK,the accumulation of melon seedlings by A2(0.6mg.L-1)in ABA seed soaking treatment The amount has the most significant promoting effect;compared with CK,B2(0.6mg.L-1)has the most significant promoting effect on the accumulation of melon seedlings in 6-KT seed soaking treatment;A2compared with B2,B2 pair The promotion of melon seedling material accumulation is more significant.3.ABA and 6-KT seed soaking treatment can increase the chlorophyll content of melon leaves,increase root activity,increase nitrate content in melon leaves and roots,increase NR,CAT and POD activities;ABA seed soaking treatment compared with CK The treatment concentration of A2(0.6mg.L-1)had the most significant effect on the physiological metabolism of melon seedlings.Compared with CK,the concentration of B2(0.6mg.L-1)in the 6-KT seed soaking treatment on melon The physiological metabolism of seedlings had the most significant promoting effect;compared with B2,A2 promoted the physiological metabolism of melon seedlings more significantly.4.ABA and 6-KT foliar sprayed can increase the chlorophyll and nitrate nitrogen content of melon leaves and increase the activity of NR,CAT and POD.Compared with CK,ABA foliar sprayed treatment is C2(4mg.L-1)treatment concentration had the most significant promoting effect on melon physiological metabolism;compared with CK,the concentration of D2(4mg.L-1)in 6-KT foliar sprayed treatment had the most significant physiological metabolism of melon.Promote the effect;compared with D2,D2 promotes the physiological metabolism of melon more significantly.5.ABA and 6-KT foliar sprayed can increase the transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter and single fruit weight of melon fruit;compared with CK,the concentration of C2(4mg.L-1)in ABA foliar sprayed treatment The most significant promoting effect on melon yield index;compared with CK,the concentration of D2(4mg.L-1)in 6-KT foliar sprayed treatment had the most significant promoting effect on melon yield index;C2 Compared with D2,D2 promoted the melon production index more prominently.6.ABA and 6-KT foliar sprayed can increase the soluble solid content,soluble sugar content and VC content,reduce total acid content of melon fruit.Compared with CK,ABA foliar sprayed treatment with C2(4mg.L-1)had the most significant promoting effect on the quality of melon fruit.Compared with CK,the concentration of D2(4mg.L-1)in 6-KT foliar treatment had the highest quality of melon fruit.Significant promotion effect;C2 compared with D2,D2promoted the quality of melon fruit more significantly.
