In this experiment,muskmelon the'Yupintianxiang'as test material.Two different treatments were adopted:seed soaking and foliar spraying.The test set three concentrations.The above treatments were compared with clear water?CK?.The seed soaking concentrations of S3307 were2mg·L-1,4mg·L-1,8mg·L-1.The seed soaking concentrations of 6-BA were 2mg·L-1,4mg·L-1,8mg·L-1.The spraying concentration of S3307 were 10mg·L-1,20mg·L-1,40mg·L-1.The spraying concentration of 6-BA were 5mg·L-1,10mg·L-1,20mg·L-1.Pot experiment and field experiment.By measuring the morphological indexes,material accumulation indexes,physiological indexes,quality indexes,fruit morphological indexes and yield indexes of different growth periods of melon.To study the effect of S3307 and 6-BA on morphological completion,physiological metabolism,quality and yield of melon seedling.It provides a theoretical basis for the regulation of physiological metabolism of melon and its yield and quality.The results of the experiment are as follows.1.S3307 and 6-BA soaking increased plant height,stem diameter,main root length and leaf area of melon.Comparison of different S3307 soaking concentration.The soaking concentration of 4mg·L-1?A2?had the strongest promoting effect on the morphological indexes of Muskmelon Seedlings.When the soaking concentration was 8 mg·L-1?A3?S3307.The morphological indexes of the seedlings declined.The soaking concentration of 0.4mg·L-1?B2?had the strongest promoting effect on the morphological indexes of Muskmelon Seedlings.When the soaking concentration was 0.8mg·L-1?B3?6-BA.The morphological indexes of the seedlings declined.B2was better than A2 in promoting melon seedling morphological index.2.S3307 and 6-BA soaking increased the dry weight and fresh weight of the subterranean and aerial parts the melon.The soaking concentration of 4mg·L-1?A2?had the strongest promoting effect on melon seedling material accumulation.When the soaking concentration was8 mg·L-1?A3?S3307.Melon seedling material accumulation declined.The soaking concentration of 0.4mg·L-1?B2?had the strongest promoting effect on melon seedling material accumulation.When the soaking concentration was 0.8 mg·L-1?B3?6-BA.Melon seedling material accumulation declined.B2was better than A2 in promoting melon seedling material accumulation.3.S3307 and 6-BA soaking increased improved the root vitality of melon,increased chlorophyll content,and increased the activity of NR,POD and SOD.The soaking concentration of 4mg·L-1?A2?had the strongest physiological and metabolic effects of melon seedlings.When the soaking concentration was8mg·L-1?A3?S3307.Melon seedling physiological metabolism declined.The soaking concentration of 0.4mg·L-1?B2?had the strongest physiological and metabolic effects of melon seedlings.When the soaking concentration was 0.8mg·L-1?B3?6-BA.Melon seedling physiological metabolism declined.B2 was better than A2 in promoting melon seedling physiological metabolism.4.S3307 and 6-BA spraying increased chlorophyll content,and increased the activity of NR,POD and SOD.The spraying concentration of 20mg·L-1?C2?had the strongest physiological and metabolic effects of melon seedlings.When the spraying concentration was40 mg·L-1?C3?S3307.Melon physiological metabolism declined.The spraying concentration of10mg·L-1?D2?had the strongest physiological and metabolic effects of melon seedlings..When the spraying concentration was 20 mg·L-1?D3?6-BA.Melon physiological metabolism declined.520d after leaf spraying,D2 was better than C2 in promoting melon physiological metabolism.2530d after leaf spraying,C2 was better thanD2 in promoting melon physiological metabolism.5.S3307 and 6-BA spraying increased the transverse diameterin,vertical diameterin,single fruit weightin of melon.The spraying concentration of 20mg·L-1?C2?had the strongest effect on melon yield.When the spraying concentration was 40 mg·L-1?C3?S3307.The production of melon declined.The spraying concentration of 10mg·L-1?D2?had the strongest effect on melon yield.When the spraying concentration was 20 mg·L-1?D3?6-BA.The production of melon declined.520d after leaf spraying,D2 was better than C2in promoting the production of melon.2530d after leaf spraying,C2 was better thanD2 in promoting the production of melon.6.S3307 and 6-BA spraying increased the Soluble solids content,Vc content,total acid content,and improve the quality of melon.The spraying concentration of 20mg·L-1?C2?has the strongest promoting effect on melon quality index.When the spraying concentration was 40mg·L-1?C3?S3307.The quality of melon declined.The spraying concentration of 10mg·L-1?D2?has the strongest promoting effect on melon quality index.When the spraying concentration was20 mg·L-1?D3?6-BA.The quality of melon declined.520d after leaf spraying,D2was better than C2 in promoting the quality of melon.2530d after leaf spraying,C2was better thanD2 in promoting the quality of melon.
