Continuous cropping obstacle has been one of the key problems in greenhouse vegetable cultivation,which is lack of effective method to solve the continuous cropping obstacle.GA3 is a kind of important plant hormone,which plays an important role in seed germination,stem elongation,leaf growth,induction and development of floral organs,seed and fruit formation and so on.In this experiment,melonthe 'Golden Princess' as test material,using the crop rotation and continuous cropping system,GA3 was set two kinds of methods which were seed soaking and spraying on the leaf.GA3 concentration was set four levels in the experiment,respectively T0(0mg·L-1),T1(20mg·L-1),T2(40mg·L-1),T3(80mg·L-1).Through the determination of the morphological index,dry matter accumulation volume index,physiological index in melonof different growth stages,clear GA3 on different substrates under the conditions of different periods of melonmorphogenesis,physiological metabolism and yield and quality changes of form,and provide a theoretical basis for the mechanism of physiological metabolism of melonand its yield and quality control,provide technical support for the further guidance of melonproduction practice.The results are as follows.1.The seedling period,under the condition of continuous cropping,after GA3 seed handling,increased the melon plant height,stem diameter,root length,leaf area.The S2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment under the continuous cropping melon seedling morphogenesis of the strongest.Under the condition of crop rotation,through the gibberellin seed handling,increased the melon plant height,stem diameter,main root length,leaf area.The R2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment under the rotation melon seedling morphogenesis of the strongest,and under the condition of same GA3 treatment,under the condition of rotation melonseedling morphological index is higher than corresponding indicator of melon seedling under the condition of continuous cropping.To sum up,G2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment of melonseedling morphogenesis under different cultivation system promotes the most obvious.2.The seedling period,under the condition of continuous cropping,after GA3 seed handling,increased the melon on the ground and underground part of the dry weight and fresh weight.S2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment had the strongest effect on the material accumulation of melonseedlings.Under the condition of crop rotation,through the gibberellin seed handling,increased the melon on the ground and underground part of the dry weight and fresh weight.The R2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment had the strongest effect on the material accumulation of melonseedlings,and under the condition of same GA3 treatment,under the condition of rotation melonseedling material accumulation amount is higher than the condition of continuous cropping of melonseedling of material accumulation.To sum up,G2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment of melonseedling material accumulation the content of nitrate nitrogen increase the nitrate reductase and the activity of peroxidase,catalase.The S2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment under the continuous cropping melon seedling physiological role in promoting the strongest.Under the condition of crop rotation,after GA3 seed handling,improved the melon root activity,chlorophyll and the content of nitrate nitrogen increase the nitrate reductase and the activity of peroxidase,catalase.The R2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment under the rotation melon seedling physiological role in promoting the strongest.Under the condition of same GA3 treatment,under the condition of rotation melonseedling physiological role is higher than the corresponding indicator of melon seedling under the condition of continuous cropping.To sum up,G2 is that cropping of melonphysiological role in promoting the strongest.Under the condition of crop rotation,treated with gibberellin spraying on the leaf,increased the melon leaf chlorophyll content,nitrate reductase activity,decreased the content of nitrate nitrogen.The R2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment of rotation of melonphysiological role in promoting the strongest.Under the condition of same GA3 treatment,under the condition of rotation physiological metabolism significantly higher than that of continuous cropping of melon.To sum up,T2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment of melon physiological diameter,transverse diameter of fruit,fruit weight,and improve the production of melon.The S2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment of melonyield in promoting the strongest.Under the condition of crop rotation,treated with gibberellin spraying on the leaf,increased longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter of fruit,fruit weight,and improve the production of melon.The R2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment of melonyield in promoting the strongest.Under the condition of same GA3 treatment,the yield of rotation melon was significantly higher than that of continuous cropping.To sum up,T2 is that 40mg·L-1 GA3 treatment of melon yield under different cultivation systems promoting effect is most obvious.
