Human resources are the cornerstone of the company’s long-term strategic goals,and employee recruitment is the basis of human resources.Scientific and reasonable deployment of human resources can ensure that the company gradually achieves its strategic goals.At present,the human resource management of most enterprises in China still stays on the basis of personnel management,and lacks the thinking of modern enterprise strategic human resource management.This makes a series of human resources work,such as employee recruitment,impossible to carry out scientifically.Experience-based employee recruitment work management not only fails to achieve the expected recruitment results,but also a waste of corporate resources.Therefore,how to organically combine the actual situation of the enterprise with the theory of human resource management,and build a system of staff recruitment that meets the long-term strategic development goals of the enterprise,is a topic that corporate human resource management workers must face.This article studies with G Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,deeply explores the existing problems of G Group’s existing employee recruitment work,and through researching the relevant theoretical basis of employee recruitment,it proposes a targeted overall solution to improve employees for the company.Recruitment efficiency and quality provide scientific advice and optimization programs.First of all,this article explains the specific research background and significance,research content and methods,and sorts out the basic theories and research results on employee recruitment at home and abroad.Secondly,it briefly introduces the current status of G Group’s existing employee recruitment work.Through data statistics and effectiveness analysis methods,it studies the existing G Group’s existing employee recruitment work from the four dimensions of channel,quality,efficiency,and cost.problem.Then,based on the related theoretical basis of employee recruitment,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,a new employee recruitment system was constructed,and specific safeguard measures were designed from the aspects of system,culture,multi-system coordination and mechanism construction.Finally,the research in this article is summarized,and the deficiencies in the research and the future research directions are pointed out.Employee recruitment is related to the long-term development of the company.How to accurately identify people and recruit efficiently is the key to creating core competitiveness.This research takes G Group’s employee recruitment as a case study.It is hoped that it can help companies optimize their employee recruitment and provide reference cases for related companies to conduct employee recruitment.
