The development of interest rate marketization and prosperity of Internet finance have affected the real economy greatly.Commercial banks have also been greatly impacted and launched new explorations of intelligent banks,meanwhile the voice of building community banks has risen.Compared with traditional banking outlets,community banks,as offline entities,are rooted in the community and integrated into the community.They have the "last kilometer" of community geographical advantages and provide more convenient services for the surrounding residents and small and micro enterprises.As a new object,community banks should take on the new image of modern retail outlets.They should put service in the first place,from product to customer,from transaction to relationship,and cultivate emotional ties with customers with more humanized services.At that time,the design of its interior space environment will also embody the idea of humanistic care,pay attention to the space function and improve the space quality to meet the higher level of experience needs of customers.The change of this new trend will further affect the mode of work communication between bank staff and customers,thus putting forward new requirements for the design of the space carrier,the architecture.In the design,more attention should be paid to the general needs of users,and construcing civilized,open and shared intelligent banking space.For this reason,this paper starts from the user’s needs and the humanized design of space,and then explores the intelligent bank.Firstly,referring to the research on the characteristics of community banking model in financial circles,it is mainly divided into three types: comprehensive,community and exclusive community banks.Combining with the concept analysis of "community",the research object of this paper is community-based community banking in urban areas.Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews,behavioral observation and other methods,the users of community banks are investigated.At the same time,some typical community banks in Nanjing are visited and investigated.The specific spatial status of Guangda Community Bank,Xingye Community Bank and Ping An Community Bank is analyzed,and the characteristics of spatial function,spatial structure and spatial sequence organization are obtained.Based on the analysis of user survey results,the matching relationship between user demand factors and basic elements of spatial design is established,and the evaluation elements of spatial humanization design are determined byreferring to the research of financial academia on customer satisfaction evaluation of banks.The AHP analytical hierarchy process,an operational research method,is used to quantify the data of specific evaluation hierarchy structure and to construct the humanization of indoor space of community banks.Design AHP comprehensive evaluation model.On this basis,this paper carries out a case study on the spatial humanization of specific community banks,and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the design method of spatial humanization of community banks to meet the needs of user physiological safety,behavioral psychology and social services.Finally,the humanized design suggestions and methods obtained above are used to guide the design practice of Yangquan Bank Community Branch,hoping to give a simple example of the AHP comprehensive evaluation model,which can be used as a reference for the humanized design of indoor space.
