FM fuze detection system has many advantages,such as high detection accuracy,no ranging blind area,relatively simple structure and so on.It is widely used in military field in various countries.This paper studies the signal processing technology of LFM fuze short-range detection system,which mainly includes the research of high precision ranging technology,circuit design,interference and anti-interference of LFM fuze short-range detection system.Firstly,by analyzing the transmitting and receiving process of FM fuze short-range detection system,and according to the characteristics of the beat signal containing distance information,a range correction algorithm based on triangular interpolation is proposed,and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB simulation.Secondly,according to the interference problems faced by fuze,the influence of noise amplitude modulation and noise frequency modulation interference in active interference on fuze detection is analyzed,and the influence of cloud meteorological factors in passive interference atmospheric environment on fuze detection is analyzed according to the characteristics and attenuation of cloud and fog.An adaptive signal separator based on adaptive filter is proposed for noise amplitude modulation and noise frequency modulation interference.The simulation results show that the interference can be effectively suppressed.According to the requirements of FM fuze system,the miniaturization circuit design and software design of FM fuze signal processing are completed.The circuit design mainly includes integral design,chip selection,schematic design,circuit PCB design and subsequent welding.The circuit modules are tested.The software design is based on FPGA(programmable logic array).It mainly includes FM fuze ranging module and modulation signal transmitting module,which are programmed,compiled and verified by function.Finally,the signal processing circuit board of FM fuze is connected with radio frequency terminal and antenna module to form a complete system,and the preliminary ranging experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the ranging accuracy of the signal processing system reaches 0.05 m,and the start signal can be sent out at the required distance of the system to meet the system requirements.
