Fuze optically set technique can set the electronic time fuze of aircraft bomb withcontactless and fast information transmission mode. According to the real battlefield, thefire control system will transmit fuze function mode and characteristic parameters to fuzeof aircraft bomb after aircraft takes off. It ensures aircraft bomb flexibility of attackingmuiti-target with one fly and battlefield adaptability, improves terminal destroy efficiencyof bomb and aircraft security. Thus, fuze optically set technique becomes an importantresearch aspect of aircraft bomb and has important research value. In this dissertation, thedesign theories and implementation techniques of the fuze optically set system aresystematically researched.This dissertation firstly makes theoretical research of fuze energy and informationcontactless transmission design theories, modern optical communications theories and lasertransmission theories and then constructs the techniques, the function systems and designrules of fuze optically set system. These works can establish theoretical foundations for thebest system design. After analysis of several function systems and their characteristics, a"PUIM/DD parallel set system" with better system performances is brought forward.The optical data transmission theories are researched. This dissertation builds a datacommunications model of fuze optical set, analyses average power requirements and codeerror probability of optical modulation modes and brings forward basic design rules ofencoding and modulation methods. According to different demands of system realization,the data transmission modules are designed for fuze PPM optical set system and pulse-number optical set system.This dissertation builds a circuit module of pulse laser driving power, analyses theinfluence of power parameters on pulse current peak value and pulse width and finallyoptimizes design of narrow-pulse laser driving power. Then a circuit module of PINphotodiode is built, main parameters influence PIN frequency response speed and SNR offuze receiver circuits and noise characteristic of PIN receiver are analyzed, measures toimprove SNR of receiver are put forward and finally a low noise preamplifier is designed.The dissertation also makes a research with design methods of fuze optical windows anddesigns the optical windows in detail.The module of fuze laser energy contactless transmission channel is built, outputcharacteristic and temperature effect of photovoltaic cells are theoretical and experimental analyzed and design rules and methods of energy set realization are brought forward,especially the temperature self-compensation method can improve set reliability besides ofavoiding fuze complex low- temperature device. Then, the fuze power supply module isdesigned.This dissertation also makes research with the technologies of anti-interference,anti-high over loading, small volume, low cost and low consumption in the fuze design andthen presents the concrete measures. Especially angle diversity reception technique anddigital correlation-detection technique improves anti-interference ability of system greatly.Finally, prototypes for fuze optically set system are designed. Many experimentsproceeded and the satisfied results are obtained.
