The anti-jamming capability of fuze is highly demanded in modern warfare.How to evaluate the ECCM effects of fuze correctly is the basis of specific applications such as dynamic simulation,force planning,and equipment demonstration in fuze and electronic warfare,is also concerned by electronic warfare commanders at all levels and all of fuze equipment designers.Therefore,how to assess the anti-jamming ability of radio fuze objectively,accurately and quantitatively is an important subject in the field of radio fuze technology.In this paper,the comprehensive anti-jamming evaluation method of radio fuze is studied.The main works are as follows:1.The evaluation criteria and indices of the state-of-the-art fuze anti-jamming methods are analyzed,and the definitions and applicability of the indices are elaborated.At the same time,the construction criterion of anti-interference assessment index system is studied and the evaluation index system is established,then the evaluation index system is optimized by using the method of maximal noncorrelation and principal component analysis,the simulation experiment and comparative analysis are carried out to establish a comprehensive and concise index system.2.The method of hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Support Vector Machine(SVM)evaluation method are systematically analyzed.For hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the fuze anti-jamming evaluation model is established first,and analyzes the two ways to determine the index weight,and then through the membership function and the membership degree to determine judgment matrix,based on hierarchical fuzzy method to get the level of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation scores.For SVM evaluation method,fitting can effectively find the internal relation between evaluation index and evaluation result,and have good adaptability.The two methods are compared and analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are summarized.3.The simulation analysis of fuze anti-interference test is carried on,builds the experimental platform is set up,and a large amount of experimental collection and data analysis on the fuze of different systems are carried out,the comprehensive anti-jamming performance of different system fuze is evaluated and the corresponding evaluation results are obtained by using the combination of the various index values,the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm and SVM evaluation method.Finally,the effectiveness of two methods to evaluate the performance of fuze anti-jamming evaluation is verified.4.the implementation of anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation software is studied.Aiming at the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the design software engineering method is used to design the software system for the evaluation effectiveness of fuze,including the establishment of evaluation model,the design of module structure and logical process.In the Visual c + + 6.0 development environment,based on the Microsoft Foundation class library(Microsoft Foundation Classes,MFC),fuze anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation systrem and the software interface are designed and the debugging of the software system is completeic.
