| Residence has always been a social issue of concern to the whole people.The improvement of urban living conditions is related to the vital interests of every resident.Xi'an is a national central city in Western China.Since the commercialization of residential buildings,the living conditions of cities have undergone tremendous changes.As the economy blooming,the living standard of residents has been improved continuously,and the way of life has changed.In order to meet the residential needs of residents,urban residential products are constantly optimized.Vanke is the National Housing Industrialization Base and it pays attention to the design of residential household products and occupies a leading position in the research and development of household products in China.This paper studies the evolution of Xian Vanke household product design from 2008 to 2018,explores the household design adapted to the changes in lifestyle,summarizes the evolution characteristics and development laws,and analyses the influencing factors of these changes,so as to provide a case reference for more comfortable and humanized household product design in the future.The author compares and analyses the household products of Xi'an Vanke in different periods,summarizes the design characteristics and evolution rules of its household products in the past ten years,compares and analyses the functional settings and spatial proportion of household products in different periods,and explores the design points of different functional spaces in household design.From 2008 to 2018,the functional space design of Xian Vanke household products gradually refined,space adaptability improved,and household design developed to refinement.In the process of evolution,the design of each functional space of household has its own characteristics.New technology is constantly changing people's lifestyle.The design of household products should adapt to the changing living needs and create a more livable urban living space. |
