Research Of Humanization Design In Vanke Model’s Residential Landscape

The return to the idea of "humanism" and the thought of humanization are the trend of residential landscape design. They also are effective ways for people to build an ideal living environment and achieve personal life standards. Vanke, a company who upholds the people-oriented design concept, has created a number of excellent real estate landscapes. This research of humanization design in Vanke’s residential landscapes can provide a deep understanding of its features and also help to learn more about the humanization design itself. Based on the analysis of previous literature and field survey, this article did a research among summary of Vanke model and its characteristics, as well as users demand analysis.Making Hangzhou Vanke residential as research object, and according to its specific situation in humanization design divided Vanke residential into villa and lower row houses, multi-story, small high-level and high-level and identified 11 key subjects. Based on users humanization demand, the article did a investigation from landscape space, traffic, plants landscape and socialization space.Summary the characters of Vanke’s residential humanization landscape construction: 1) The space layout contains point group, determinant and enclosing; space structure of home route is the key. 2) Create diversed atmosphere of getting home with parallel, concave and comprehensive entrance; relatively vehicular traffic of villa and lower row houses is developed and the other two is superior in Walking system. 3) Plant landscape of Walking trail is diversed; building nearby green space is designed closely combining with the characteristics of architectural layout; park green space is focused on extending the plant landscape and functional space design. 4) Socialization space has many types, including green space, water spaces and square space.Analysis the idea and method of the humanization design: To achieve a harmonious ccoexistence among residential area, people, the city and the nature is Vanke’s basic thought of humanization design. Its method contains: 1) Achieving the blending with the city. 2) Achieving the blending with the nature. 3) Building the residential energy. 4) Meeting the demand of life of the diversified residents.
