Research On The Evolution Of Residential Space In The Central Urban Area Of Jungar Banner

General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we must not forget that housing is for living in,not for speculation,we will speed up the establishment of a housing system that provides housing through multiple agents,provides security through multiple channels,and combines renting with purchasing,so that all people can live in homes.Thus it can be seen in the current era of emphasizing people first,living space plays an important role in national development and urban construction,the theoretical study of residential space is also of great practical significance.Since the 1990 s,jungar banner as a typical emerging resource town in our country,has made remarkable achievements in economic and social development,Xuejiawan town,where its central city is located,enjoys rapid and sustained industrial economic development,the urban function has changed from the original coal living base to the central town of banner area,and the urban spatial structure has changed greatly.The residential space occupying the largest proportion of urban space has also undergone profound changes to meet different development requirements.In the context of the new normal,China has entered a new stage of development.Due to the change of macro-development environment,Jungar banner is faced with the latest challenge of industrial transformation and space optimization.With the increasingly obvious contradiction in urban housing development,the residential space construction of xuejiawan town also faces the urgent need of transformation and development,optimization and adjustment.Therefore,it is necessary to make a systematic study and interpretation about the evolution process,evolution characteristics,action mechanism,evolution problem,development trend and optimization strategy of residential space in the central urban area of Jungar banner,to promote the sound development of residential space in the context of the new normal.This paper starts with the evolution of the spatial structure of resource-based cities,the evolution process of xuejiawan town’s residential space is systematized and divided into four stages: formative period,growth period,maturity period and transformation period.Comprehensively analyze the evolution characteristics of residential space in different stages,including the distribution structure of residential population,the layout structure of residential land,the relation between residential space and relevant functional space,the construction facilities of residential space,the cultural landscape and the development and management.Secondly,this paper analyzes the influencing factors and forming mechanism of the evolution of residential space,and reveals the internal motivation and action principle of the succession of residential space.On the basis of the above research,the evolution of xuejiawan residential space is reflected and enlightened,reveal the evolution problem and study the development trend,finally,this paper thoroughly implements the concept of "home to live in" of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,adaptive optimization strategies are proposed based on problems and trends,in order to guide the healthy and sustainable development of xuejiawan residential space in the future.
