Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of Wanxiang Qianchao's Technological Innovation Capability

In order to achieve sustainability in the process of development,the key is to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.To some extent,innovation determines the survival of enterprises,especially in the current fierce competition environment,enterprises must improve their technological innovation ability to maintain their survival.At present,many enterprises have realized the importance of technological innovation and carried out a series of technological innovation activities independently.However,the situation of auto parts industry is not optimistic.Most enterprises still do not have the ability of independent innovation,but mainly rely on the introduction of foreign technologies and simulations.Therefore,such enterprises need transformation and upgrading to adapt to the high-quality economic demand market.In order to improve the capability of technological innovation,enterprises must first understand their own level.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the technological innovation ability of auto parts enterprises.In view of this,this paper takes Wanxiang Qianchao Co.,Ltd.,a typical auto parts enterprise,as the research object,evaluates the technological innovation ability of the enterprise,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.First of all,this paper combs the researches related to technology innovation and technology innovation capability evaluation and understands the relevant theories and research methods,so as to collect theoretical reference for this study.Secondly,this paper studies and analyzes the related theories of technological innovation ability,divides the technological innovation ability into five dimensions:the ability of technological innovation resources investment,the ability of research and development,the ability of organization and management,the ability of production and the environment of technological innovation,and introduces the contents of each part in detail.Based on the general situation of auto parts industry and the current situation of technological innovation ability of Wanxiang Qianchao Co.,Ltd.,the author evaluates the technological innovation ability of Wanxiang Qianchao Co.,Ltd.by using the analytic hierarchy process,and takes the investment ability of technological innovation resources,R&D capability,organization and management ability,production ability and technological innovation environment as the first level indexes.Then 27 indexes are selected as secondary indicator under these first level indexes.In this paper,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the scores of each secondary index,and the expert scoring method is used to determine the weight of each index.Finally the comprehensive evaluation scores of the company's technological innovation ability and the scores of each primary index are obtained.Based on the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the existing problems of Wanxiang Qianchao's technological innovation ability,and then puts forward specific countermeasures from the aspects of stabilizing investment ability,improving management level,enhancing research and development level,improving production capacity and adapting to innovation environment.At the same time,the author hopes that this study can provide some references for relevant enterprises to improve their technological innovation ability.At the end of this paper,the conclusions of this study are summarized,and the shortcomings of this study are listed,as well as the future prospects of related researches.
