The soldier system,as a typical mechanical and electrical product,the process of which design involves a large amount of professional knowledge.The design of its scheme is usually reconfigurable based on the existing modules.In order to improve the efficiency of design and realize the reuse of design knowledge,and make the designer can better carry out intelligent design of soldier system.The paper takes the conceptual design process of reconfigurable individual soldier system as the research object,and mainly analyzes the relevant knowledge involved in the conceptual design process of reconfigurable individual soldier system.It focuses on four aspects of knowledge in the design process of the system: function-scheme configuration model,weight calculation,the establishment of the constraint,and the evaluation of the design scheme,which improves the relevant design methods.At the same time,combined with the idea of knowledge engineering,it makes the design process of the individual soldier system more scientific and reasonable.The specific content of this paper is as follows:(1)Studying the method of function-based soldier system concept design,designing and analysing the soldier system from function requirement to design scheme,establishing the function-scheme configuration model of the soldier system,which provides the corresponding function model for the subsequent study of the soldier system concept design.(2)Based on the multi-color collection,the concept design structure model of soldier system is constructed.Combined with the function-scheme configuration model of soldier system,a series of candidate configuration schemes can be obtained through the inference matrix and functional requirements for the designer to select and optimize.This method excludes the unreasonable configuration scheme at the initial stage of design.(3)Based on QFD theory and the design requirements of reconfigurable soldier system,improving the design requirements-technical characteristic transformation matrix in the quality house,which completes the mapping relationship from design requirements to technical characteristics of soldier system.And the corresponding weights of technical characteristics(schemes)are obtained,which provides the weight basis for configuration and selection of function-scheme.(4)The evaluation method of reconfigurable soldier system design scheme based on fuzzy information axiom is studied.On the basis of using information axiom evaluation scheme,On the basis of using information axiom evaluation scheme,a fuzzy informationaxiom evaluation model considering weight and coupling degree is proposed to solve the problem that it is difficult to unify the calculation of quantitative index and qualitative index information quantity in evaluation scheme.This model provides an effective solution for the evaluation and optimization of soldier system configuration scheme.(5)Based on the previous theoretical research,the corresponding software modules of soldier system concept design were developed.It mainly studies the design process of the soldier system,and develops the module of function-scheme configuration model design and scheme evaluation optimization.At the same time,the software operation interface and management of each module in the system are introduced in detail with relevant examples.
