In the traditional concept of product configuration, the product configuration model was built, which was completely took the customer as the center to response to customer needs quickly, ignored the constraint function of process design information and production planning information in the configuration model. Based on the process planning information of product modular configuration design thought was proposed under the environment of mass customization in this paper, the process planning information system for product modular configuration was studied, the model of process planning information classification, information expression mechanism and the intelligent access of process information were established. Based on process planning of product modular configuration CondCSP model was built, and the solution method of the model was deeply researched. This paper made a detailed study on the following aspects:(1)The product configuration oriented process planning information system was studied. The process planning information was divided into technology design and production planning information, and established the production planning information model and three-dimensional process design information model, The idea of object-oriented was adopted to establish the form of process planning information expression, the product configuration and process planning of concurrent design ideas was discussed, the process planning information integrated model was designed from the vertical and horizontal double dimensions.(2)The process planning information intelligent retrieval was studied through the example of surface engineering processing technology. In view of the parts surface engineering technology process modeling of complex problems, the polychromatic sets theory was used to mathematical modeling of surface engineering technology selection and process route acquiring, surface functional requirements mapping matrix and surface engineering technology demand contour matrix were established, with the surface treatment process of micro line segment gear for validation, proper surface treatment process route was obtained(3) The fuzzy theory was used to establish the mathematical model of module partition, based on fuzzy clustering of module partition method was studied in detail. Fuzzy mathematics was used to define the physics, geometry and function grade parameter of product. The physical correlation matrix, geometric correlation matrix and functional correlation matrix of parts were obtained through correlation coefficient. The F-statistics was adopted to screen scheme set to get the optimal solution scheme.(4)The module configuration CondCSP model based on process planning was established, flexible modules was defined as the main product configuration, constraints was divided into static and dynamic constraints according to the difference of state, the resource dynamic evolution model and constraint rules were built. The backtracking algorithm was combined with constraint parallelism assessment criteria and resource dynamic evolution model to form a complete product configuration CondCSP model based on process planning method. Then, Juicer was selected as a example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
