| The enterprise must make timely and accurate response in face of rapidly changing andunpredictable market demand, which requires the manufacturing system must have thecharacteristics of reconfigurable. Axiomatic method has a rigorous system which can revealthe immanent regularity of the discipline system or its branch. Then axiomatic method canmake it systematic and logical. It is layout the reconfigurable manufacturing system throughusing the axiomatic design method.First, the decoupling of the design program is researched. Research three design schemes:quasi-coupling design, coupling design and redundancy design. Quasi-coupling design isconverted to meet the independence axiom by using elementary transformation; indicate thematrix coefficients by using the relationship between matrix coefficients and functionalrequirements and design parameter. Decoupling the coupled design through the correspondingequations; converse the redundant design into quasi-coupling design or uncoupled design by―freezing‖some design parameters.Then, reconfigurable manufacturing system which based on the independence axiom isresearched. Analysis the differences and relations between single FR design and multi-FRdesign; summarizes four steps in the independence axiom design. Decomposition thereconfigurable manufacturing system in four levels with the independence axiom, and thengets the corresponding functional structure table; we get the tree of the tissue structure aboutfunctional requirements and design parameters according to the hierarchy relationship. It isconvenient for system fault tracing and find out the source of the problem; we get a complete design matrix according to the relationship between the functional requirements and designparameters. Analysis the necessity of manufacturing system reconfiguration, studied thereconfiguration of the manufacturing system in the case of uncoupled design andquasi-coupling design, including modular separation and integration of the system. Weintroduce the new concept of―‖,―*‖and―‖innovatively; according to the effect of newfunction modules to the original function modules, we draw different kinds of design equation.We analyze the process of the axiom of concurrent design. Then we study the concurrentdesign process between Functional Domain, Physical Domain and Process Domain. We sumup the type of concurrent design matrix in different cases, and analysis the problem of thedecoupling of the concurrent design matrix.Finally, reconfigurable manufacturing system which based on the information axiom isresearched. Choose the best design with information axiom after make the correct designdecision through the independence axiom. The calculation formula of information contentunder different circumstances is summarized. We analysed the way of computing the volumeof information when the design parameters are the uniform distribution and the randomdistribution. We also determine the design scope from lower limit to upper limit; we studiedthe calculation methods of information content in uncoupled case and quasi-coupling case, andcalculate part of the information of reconfigurable manufacturing system. we studied thedesign of incomplete information in uncoupled case and quasi-coupling case. |
