In this paper,the space fly net capture technology and the interceptive active protection technology are combined to design the material and structure of the fly net as a new interception countermeasure for the active protection system.After the launch of the fly-net system,the target will be intercepted with a certain area.The interception method of this plane-to-line interception method has higher interception probability than the traditional line-to-line interception method.And beacuse there’re no explosives in the fly-net system,it has low collateral damage.Firstly,this paper studies the interception principle of the fly-net system,and analyzes the interception task requirements and design requirements.The interception scheme and the specific structure of the fly-net system are designed,including the flexible network parameter design,the flight network system emission strength check and flight,Distance calculation.Secondly,using FORTRAN language program cable user element subroutines(UEL)in ABAQUS.The finite element model of the fly net system is established,and the computational dynamics model is analyzed.The flight dynamics process of the fly-net system is simulated and analyzed.The influence of the system’s launch parameters on its interception performance index is studied,which provides a basis for the optimization design of the fly-net system.Thirdly,according to the principle of intrusion target attack,the finite element model of rigid elastic impacting static flexible network is established.The simulation analysis of target overload characteristics is carried out,and the influence of incoming target characteristics and flexible network parameters on overload characteristics is analyzed.Under the condition of the above optimal interception parameters,the finite element model of the fly-net system is dynamically intercepted and the overload characteristics are simulated and verified.The simulation results show that when the dynamic interception,the incoming target is much more overloaded than the static interception,which is consistent with the above analysis results.The fly-net system designed in this paper can intercept the incoming target with the contact fuze.And the higher target speed is,the higher success rate of interception is.Considering the interception task requirements and design requirements,when the flexible mesh size is 2m×2m,the mesh side length is 20 mm,the mesh rope diameter is 1.2mm,the traction body weight is 800 g,the launch angle is 20°,and the interception distance is 8 ~18m,the interception effect is the best.Finally,the experimental research on the fly-net system is carried out,and the static interception of the flexible metal mesh and the dynamic interception test of the fly-net system are carried out.The test results show that the fly-net system can effectively provoke and intercept the incoming target,thus verifying the principle of intercepting the incoming target feasibility.In addition,the flight test of the fly-net system is carried out.The test results show that the system has good flexibility,can be deployed quickly,and is stable.It is similar to the flight simulation results of the system,and the effectiveness of the fly-net system simulation model is verified.
