Split type urban flying vehicle can help alleviate the difficulties of urban traffic congestion and port transportation inconvenience.One of its key technologies is the independent docking technology between each module.There are some problems in the existing docking technology,such as low reliability,large space proportion and high quality.Therefore,it is necessary to design a system with high reliability,high redundancy,low space proportion and small mass for autonomous docking of split flying vehicles.This paper mainly focuses on the mechanical guidance docking mechanism and reliability evaluation.Firstly,according to the technical requirements of the project and the actual operating conditions of the split flying vehicle,the overall scheme of the docking system is constructed,the working index of the docking system is proposed,and the overall working process is defined.According to the index requirements of the system,the guiding and locking modes of the docking system are determined,and the detailed mechanical structure design of the guiding device,locking device and secondary locking device of the docking system is carried out.Secondly,according to the working environment and task requirements of the docking system,limit conditions of the system and components are analyzed to obtain the initial conditions of finite element analysis and dynamic simulation.Based on the obtained initial simulation conditions,the strength and stiffness of key components are verified,and the kinematic simulation of the guiding landing process is carried out.The simulation results are verified by combining the index and functional requirements.Finally,relevant industry experts are invited to assess the risk level of the docking system.Considering that the first failure mode is caused by the failure of existing components,an improved AGREE assignment method is used to assign the reliability of the system.In view of the reliability problem of lock-in in limit state,the boundary condition of its failure is defined by mechanical analysis and machining error.By defining the analysis file,extracting the maximum stress(deformation)and defining the distribution of input and output variables,the reliability of locking finger is evaluated by Monte Carlo method,and the reliability results meet the design requirements of the system.
