The terminal-sensitive projectile is a weapon system suitable for indirect and long-distance attack.When it reaches above the target,it releases the terminal-sensitive bullet to attack the top armor of the armored target.In order to intercept the terminal-sensitive projectile and protect the armored target,the flying net system is used to interfere the trajectory of the terminalsensitive projectile.The technology has a large fault tolerance range,high interception probability,long interception distance and good reliability.In this article,the main focus is the design of the structure of the flying net system and the simulation of the flight and interception process after the launching of the flying net system.The structure design of the flying net system includes the selection of flying net material,the analysis of flying net configuration and the determination of flying net system’s detailed size.According to the flying and intercepting process of flying net system,the corresponding flying characteristic parameters and intercepting characteristic parameters are determined,which provides the basis for the establishment and optimization of flying prediction model of flying net system and the interception simulation of terminal sensitive bullets.Based on the lumped-mass method,the internal and external forces of the flying net system in flight are calculated to obtain the corresponding parameters of the flight dynamics equation.The local coordinate system is set up in the center of the terminal-sensitive bullet,and the collision detection model is established in this coordinate system.The normal collision force and tangential friction force between the flying net system and the terminal-sensitive bullet target are calculated to obtain the corresponding parameters of the collision dynamic equation.The dynamic equations of flight and collision are solved by the central difference method.Based on the flight dynamics equation of the flying net system,the relevant simulation program is compiled to obtain multiple groups of flight simulation data.The prediction model of flight characteristic parameters is established based on the above simulation data,and the corresponding quadratic prediction equations are obtained respectively,and the accuracy of the prediction model is verified.In addition,the prediction model is used to analyze the influence of different launch speed V and launch angle α on flight characteristic parameters,and to carry out multi-objective combination optimization for the optimal parameter combination.Based on the collision dynamics equation of the flying net system,taking the optimal parameter combination as the initial condition of simulation,the interception simulation is carried out.The interception effect of flying net system on SADARM terminal-sensitive bullets is analyzed under different adjustment angles γ.The results show that when γ = 15 °and 22.5 °,the interception effect of flying net system on SADARM terminal-sensitive bullets is better.Through the interception experiment of the flying net system,the feasibility of the effective interception of the target by the flying net system is verified.
