Research On Furniture Product Service System Based Of O2O Home Decoration Platform

With the development of Internet,it has a huge influence to the home decoration industry on convenience,openness,low cost and efficiency.From 2019,the O2 O home decoration platform became a trend.The service of home decoration gradually develop towards standardization.Furniture is an important part of home decoration,and the characteristics of re-experience have created new development opportunities under the O2O model.This paper is based on the O2 O home decoration platform,continues its successful experience in home decoration services,and explores a service system that can comprehensively solve consumers' problems in furniture selection,purchase,and using.This paper takes the principle of service design as the theoretical basis,uses related tools of service design,and summarizes the definition and service characteristics of the furniture service system according to the characteristics of the O2 O home improvement platform.According to the process of consumer selection,purchase and using of furniture,the service system is divided into pre-sale service stage,in-sale service stage and after-sale service stage.Meanwhile,the system architecture of each stage is constructed according to the system of service blueprint,and the design principles are determined.Based on this,combined with the existing problems summarized in the survey and multi-platform analog analysis,the systemic architecture of the furniture product service system based on the O2 O home decoration platform was finally constructed.Then the evaluation and iteration method of the furniture product service system was also proposed.In the end,the whole process of the system was simulated and practiced.The furniture product service system based on the O2O home decoration platform studied in this paper is an extension to the service design theory and the research on the furniture product service system under the Internet background.The research has a certain guidance for the improvement of the service process of interior design service on the O2 O home decoration platform and for the practice of furniture product service system.
