Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Former Residences Of Celebrities In Shichahai Area, Beijing

Beijing is a well-known historical and cultural city,celebrities’ former residences dotted.Shichahai,known as the pearl of the ancient capital,is a treasured place for outstanding people,its superior geographical location and natural scenery have attracted many literati and scholars,making the celebrity’s former residence in this area the essence of Beijing’s celebrity’s former residence.Therefore,the research on the former residences of celebrities in Shichahai area has an important demonstration role.These former residences are the windows for future generations to understand Shichahai and the ancient capital Beijing,and they are the soul carriers of a city.How to make these former residences truly "live" and "live" is the focus we need to explore.In this paper,through systematic analysis of the background,typical characteristics,and important values of celebrities ’former residences in the Shichahai area,an in-depth investigation and study of the celebrities’ former residences in the area are conducted,and in-depth analysis of the many problems existing in celebrity’s former residences from the aspects of protection and utilization,put forward feasibility suggestions,and provide new ideas for protection and utilization for subsequent research.The paper mainly includes four parts:The first part mainly elaborates the background,content,scope and method of the subject research,as well as the relevant situation of domestic and foreign research,and defines the concept of the subject research.The second part mainly studies the related situation of the former residences of celebrities in Shichahai area,Including the influencing factors of the celebrity’s former residence in this area,the location advantages of the Shichahai area and the typical characteristics of the celebrity’s former residence in this area.The third part mainly studies the typical celebrity’s former residences in Shichahai area.According to the protection level of celebrity’s former residences,the typical cases of different types of celebrity’s former residences are analyzed in depth,and the characteristics of various celebrity’s former residences are summarized.The fourth part analyzes the current status and problems of celebrities’ former residences in Shichahai area from the aspects of protection and utilization,and puts forward feasible suggestions for problems.
