Study On The Optimization Design Of Public Space At The Entrance Of Qingdao Former Residence Of Celebrities

The public entrance space is one of the components of the urban public space.It is a transition point to connect the city street and the interior of the building courtyard.In recent years,China's urban construction has been developing rapidly.While pursuing speed,it has overlooked a series of problems caused by the transformation of old and new cities.On the one hand,in the reconstruction of the new city,compared with the historical buildings in the historical city,the streets and building scales are larger,which leads to problems such as the mismatch of the entrance space scale,the imperfect infrastructure,and the lack of street communication space.On the other hand,in the protection of the historical city,the number of historical buildings is huge and the degree of preservation is uneven,which leads to the neglect of the coordination of the entrance space style during the protection and repair,and the low quality of the space after the repair.This article is mainly divided into four parts:Part I: Build a framework for the subject.Firstly,certain the current situation and background of the public space at the entrance of Qingdao's historical celebrities' former residences,and through learning and discussing relevant literature of nation or abroad,the scope of the research and the research methods were determined,and finally the research framework was determined;Part II: Dig the excellent typical cases domestic and foreign,then draw the optimization factors.list foreign building protection laws and regulations,summarize the protection elements related to the entrance public space,studied typical optimized design cases at home and abroad,analyzed the entrance space,and obtained relevant protection elements;Part III: Analyze the current situation of the entrance public space of Qingdao's historical celebrities' former residences.then make data conclusions.The types are divided into residential,exhibition,commercial,and office entrance spaces,which are analyzed from 7 perspectives such as location background,historical evolution,architectural style,street relations,courtyard greening,entrance quality,and auxiliary facilities,and are obtained through questionnaires.Corresponding data support;Part IV : Elaborate the optimized design plan of the public space of Qingdao historical celebrity's former residence.The connection and relationship between the entrance space and the street,the coordination of the entrance space and the style of the building,the distribution of the communication space from the perspective of people,and the infrastructure of the entrance space are designed and discussed.This article hopes to use the design concept in the practice of optimizing the entrance space of the historical city through theoretical research,as a reference for subsequent optimization design.This article is of great significance for driving the revival of Qingdao's historical city district with the entrance space and realizing the sustainable development of Qingdao's historical and cultural city.
