With the rapid development of China's industrial economy,the demand for power supply is getting higher and higher.However,due to the low degree of automation in traditional substations,it is difficult to grasp the operation situation in the stations in real time,coupled with the existence of aging equipment and other problems.These factors lead to frequent power accidents and seriously affect the power supply reliability of regional power grid.Compared with traditional substations,smart substations make use of computer information technology to effectively improve the automation,real-time and intelligent degree of it,making the substation more reliable in the process of operation.This paper aims to design a 35 kV smart substation construction scheme to improve the reliability of the substation operation.The main direction of the research is the primary and secondary design of substation.Firstly,the research background and significance of smart substation were described.The research status of smart substation at home and abroad is summarized.Secondly,the primary side of the substation is designed and calculated in detail.According to the result of calculation,the appropriate equipment was selected.At the same time,according to IEC61850 standard,several existing network structures are compared and analyzed.Based on the characteristics of different network structures,double star Ethernet is arranged in station control layer and spacer layer.The star structure network was configured in the process layer network to provide a highly reliable communication network for the substation.Then,the architecture and subsystem of the intelligent assistant system are designed.The system mainly includes image monitoring and security subsystem,automatic fire alarm and fire protection subsystem,environmental monitoring subsystem.By means of algorithm analysis and instruction execution,the system effectively realizes substation safety warning,fire warning and remote control and regulation of environmental temperature and humidity.Finally,the overall design of the substation was optimized to reduce the number of panels,and the AC-DC integration device was adopted to cancel the conventional UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply)and communication power battery devices,effectively reducing the operation cost of the substation.In the process of substation operation,in order to avoid power accident caused by aging equipment,insulation damage and other problems,this study designed the online monitoring system to monitor the running parameters and running state of the equipment in the station in real time.Through the real-time,accurate data monitoring and management,the operation risk within the substation can be effectively reduced.
