Design And Research Of GIS On Line Monitoring System For Suzhou Anhui 110kV Heng Xin Intelligent Substation

GIS(gas insulated switchgear)because of its small occupied space,is widely used in Smart Substation,but once the fault,the maintenance period is longer,often leads to a long time blackout,seriously affected the normal order of life,brought great losses to the society and economy.In this paper,based on the analysis of the current situation of the intelligent substation GIS online monitoring,this paper makes an in-depth study on the intelligent equipment,device development and software development and application.This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)the architecture of intelligent substation and the framework of intelligent GIS online monitoring system are constructed.This paper studies the structure,function and working principle of the intelligent GIS online monitoring system,and puts forward a typical application scheme of the intelligent GIS online monitoring system;(2)on the mechanical properties of SF6 gas,circuit breakers,lightning arrester,partial discharge,current sensor for the selection or development,developed a integrated monitoring IED(Intelligent Electronic Device,referred to as IED),and realizes the complementary information fusion,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the first hand data,puts forward the design scheme of on-line monitoring intelligent GIS parameters evaluation software,to achieve a variety of functions of data processing,monitoring and early warning and risk assessment etc.;(3)put forward the installation scheme of GIS field intelligent sensor and integrated monitoring of IED,complete the installation and debugging of on-line monitoring device,realize the monitoring of the intelligent GIS state,analyzing the operation signal,realizes the intelligent online analysis and evaluation of GIS fault.
