With the rapid development of smart grid,substation has become core unit of power system,its main equipment is getting more and more intelligent,basically has realized unattended.However,for substation auxiliary equipment,there are still some problems such as the independence of auxiliary equipment subsystems,the monitoring of environmental parameters is not comprehensive,the data source is unstable,the function is single,and the degree of intelligence is not deep.It restricts the development of intelligent substation and brings inconvenience to the safe operation and maintenance of substation,which does not meet the requirements of State Grid Company for the construction of intelligent substation.Therefore,it’s very necessary to development of substation auxiliary equipment intelligence monitoring system.In view of the existing problems of substation auxiliary equipment at present,we can determine the software requirements of intelligent monitoring system for substation auxiliary equipment,define the design objectives of intelligent monitoring system for substation auxiliary equipment,and work out a set of intelligent monitoring system for substation auxiliary equipment that meets the system requirements and design objectives.According to the requirements of Regulations on Power Grid Management and Dispatching,combined with IEC61850 standard of substation and "three layers and two networks" communication structure system of intelligent substation,this system is designed as a "three layers and two networks" structure system including district-level master station remote monitoring system,remote information transmission network,station end monitoring system,wireless sensor network and terminal wireless control equipment.Then the overall architecture of the system is designed and the communication network suitable for data transmission in the substation is selected.Secondly,the function of the system is designed according to the needs of users.Finally,the intelligent monitoring system of auxiliary equipment in substation is realized by computer language.This system adopts C/S architecture,develops computer software,mobile phone software and system database based on C# language,Java language and SQL Server database,adopts TCP/IP protocol as communication protocol,and designs communication messages independently.In view of the seriousness of electric fire hazards and the shortcomings of traditional sensor fire alarms,real-time photos and smoke sensors are used to monitor fires in the fire alarm system.Aiming at the fire recognition of real-time photos,deep learning is used for monitoring.This paper proposes a lightweight neural network for fire detection.After the establishment of the model,17 kinds of electric fire,ordinary fire and no fire scenes were adopted,and the picture data in the data set were divided into training set and verification setaccording to the ratio of 3:7,and the accuracy of the test model and the trained model were obtained.This model can realize real-time fire recognition of input pictures with high recognition accuracy.Finally,the identification model is transplanted to the intelligent monitoring system of substation auxiliary equipment,which is helpful to the construction of the fire early warning subsystem.After the system is developed,it is tested.The test environment can be divided into laboratory environment test and substation field test.The functionality and stability of the system have been tested several times.From the test results,it can be found that the system meets the design requirements and user requirements,and some systems have been successfully installed in substations and run stably.The intelligent monitoring system of substation auxiliary equipment designed in this paper makes up for the shortcomings of the existing monitoring system of substation auxiliary equipment,can realize the comprehensive automation and intelligence of auxiliary equipment,and provides support for unattended substations.The system has stable performance and high practicability and has achieved the expected goal.The establishment of an intelligent monitoring system for auxiliary equipment in substation improves the intelligent level of substation and accelerates the construction of the smart grid.
