Community Management System Based On WeChat

Recently,the proposal and application of Smart City is influencing and changing the life.Because of the large population and severe urbanization problem,the process of rural urbanization in China cannot be separated from the promotion and realization of the concept of Smart City.As an important part of the city,the management height and level of the community also affect the wisdom level of the city,so it is especially important to build a platform for overall management of the community resources.This paper is based on the Internet and QR code technology to design and implement a community management system and background management system based on WeChat,which can provide more convenient working methods for community staff and more high-quality service for community residents.Firstly,this paper describes the research background of the system and the current excellent system cases at home and abroad,then introduces the Java?SpringBoot framework and MySQL database,which are used in this system,and analyzes the separation development mode of the front and back end of the system.Secondly,this passage combining with the actual situation,analyzes the needs of the residents,the staff and the system administrator of the community,analyzes and expounds their needs for the community in the traditional community environment and daily life,and determines the functional requirements of the system for the above needs.In the chapter of system design,the system is divided into the WeChat end and the back end,and the WeChat end system is designed into two parts,which provide the residents of the community with the functions of user check-in,visitor authorization,access control,complaint and suggestion,failure repair,payment,viewing announcement,etc.,provide the community workers with the functions of user binding,complaint and failure handling,equipment inspection with QR code,etc.,and the background system will provide the system staff with information(personnel room House,etc.)management,authority management,payment management,announcement management,equipment management,complaint and suggestion management and other functions,and design and draw flow chart for the above functions,and design the database corresponding to the functions.Finally,on the basis of the above functional design,this passage describes the specific details of the system implementation and the final system implementation effect display diagram,then summarizes the system and the work of this paper,and looks forward to how to improve the community management platform with new technology in the future.
