With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,the office of most enterprises is gradually moving from the PC office era to the mobile era.WeChat has enabled the rapid development of office applications using the platform,greatly improving office efficiency.As important application software in the shipping industry,the intelligent ship management system has developed a PC-side ship management system in China,but it must rely on computer installation and operation in actual operation.It is impossible to achieve immediacy,convenience and portability,which leads to problems such as high management cost and low efficiency of some ship management companies at this stage.This thesis aims to build a ship management system with strong real-time,convenient,low cost and convenient operation.The topic of the thesis comes from the ship management system based on WeChat platform researched and developed in the field of ship management in the original ship management products of Dalian Company during the internship of Dalian Haida Win Sea Technology Co,Ltd.project.The main functional modules of the ship management system include:personal center,maintenance,ship supply,procurement management,ship repair,certificate management,and background management.Each function module performs the specific functions of the module.The ship management system based on WeChat platform implements the development and separation of the front-end interface and the back-end server,the front end uses React framework to implement responsive web design,the backend is developed using the Spring+Struts+IBatis framework.The modular design reduces the coupling of the code and facilitates system maintenance.The server uses the MySQL database for data storage management,and combines the caching technology with the database to access the data,improve the response speed,and ensure the reliability of the system under the condition of large data volume.This thesis conducts feasibility analysis and demand analysis for H company ship management business,clarifies business requirements and functional requirements,and designs and implements the ship management system architecture,database and function modules based on WeChat platform,and shows each The business process design of the functional modules meets the daily business needs of employees at all levels of H company.The important research content of this thesis is:(1)Introducing the traditional PC-side ship management system to the WeChat platform,improving the real-time,convenience and quality of H's office and improving the overall management level of the ship.(2)Optimize the functions of the ship management system and realize the decision analysis function of the system spare parts loss.The rough set algorithm is used to analyze the factors affecting the loss of spare parts during the ship navigation process,and the spare parts inventory decision model is established to optimize the inventory of spare parts for ship navigation.(3)Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the application effect of the system in the company's official launch for more than one year,in terms of management benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.
