At present,my country’s kitchen appliance industry is developing rapidly.The scale of kitchen appliance products is huge and the market competition is fierce.Mainstream manufacturers attach importance to product production quality and strengthen product process upgrades and quality management.As one of the leading companies in the kitchen appliance industry,M company has put forward the concept of quality innovation management and established an effective corporate quality cultural management system.At the same time,the company faces the problem of multiple batches of raw materials procurement,material inspection is time-consuming and labor-intensive,data accuracy is not high,and work efficiency is low.Product quality management data involves multiple different software systems,and there are inconsistencies in ledger data.Paper-based management of product quality data not only lacks standards,but also has low accuracy,scattered data,difficult to quickly count,and timely monitoring and warning.At the same time,the degree of quality data sharing is low,leading to poor business collaboration.Therefore,this thesis proposes to build a kitchen appliance product quality management system to strengthen the control of kitchen appliance product quality.This thesis has launched a research on the development process of the kitchen appliance product quality management system of M company.First of all,the quality management problems faced in the production process of kitchen appliances are analyzed,and the basic background of system development is clarified.The application situation and literature research situation of the system at home and abroad are discussed,and the research goals and important significance are clarified.Then,the feasibility analysis of economic benefits,technology development and social operation is carried out on the system construction,the user role composition is described,the multi-level function composition of the system is described through the function use case diagram,the business process implementation steps are described,and the system is explained Non-functional requirements for performance,safety,etc.Secondly,the system function was designed in detail,the principles of system construction were clarified,the framework of system application,technology and network was built,the function structure,development technology and hardware deployment were sorted out,and the system was determined to use SpringBoot,Struts2,and Hibernate.The integrated framework is developed,the UML modeling design of the system module is carried out,and the system data model is constructed.Finally,the system development environment was set up,the module realization process was described,the core code and the realization effect were displayed,a comprehensive test was carried out,and the test case was designed,and the system design and realization effect were confirmed through the test to achieve the expected goal.The kitchen appliance product quality management system constructed in this thesis digitally manages the product-related quality data of the production process,which is conducive to solving the problem of product quality traceability.The system can provide a standardized kitchen appliance product quality inspection process,scientifically evaluate product risks,conduct mining and analysis of product quality data,provide timely warning of abnormal conditions,help scientific decision-making,and provide quality improvement closed-loop tracking.
