| Project cost management has always been a hot topic of discussion.There are many projects in the construction unit,and the time to start the project is urgent.Many projects need to be implemented together.The construction unit has a heavy task,and the construction of some projects also has the characteristics of administrative instructions.In actual work,the construction cost often has the situation of "three excesses" roof fall when the estimate exceeds the estimate,the budget exceeds the estimate,and the final accounts exceed the budget,which seriously affects the realization of the investment target.The period of 13 th Five-Year is an important stage of urbanization development and "one belt and one road" promotion.The total amount of social investment has been increasing.The rapid development of construction industry has made construction projects tend to be generally quantified and the technology content is increasing.The change of construction project and the rapid advancement of management technology lead to the internationalization,integration and informatization of construction project management.As one of the contents of project management,cost management also needs to adapt to the requirements of the times,constantly innovate management methods,improve management effect,and better achieve project objectives.Based on the theory of integrated management and the idea of whole process integration,this paper puts forward the cost management strategies at different stages on the basis of studying the whole process integration method of cost management.Project cost management is a systematic activity process that runs through the decision-making stage,design stage,contracting stage,construction stage and settlement stage of the project.In order to reduce the interface loss of cost management in each stage,this paper combines with the case of A resettlement house construction project in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City,and puts forward corresponding management strategies based on the practical problems encountered in the process of construction,using the whole process integration method,in order to achieve the integration and interoperability of each stage.In the process of carrying out the work in any stage,it can not only delay,but also form vertical overlap with other stages,so as to realize the systematization,foresight and integration of cost management,so as to provide value-added services for the whole project. |
