In recent years,with the improvement of China's economic technology and scientific technology,China's e-commerce and express logistics industry has been developing rapidly.Packaging is also becoming more and more important as an significant technical means to protect products,facilitate transportation,and promote sales.Packaging design and packaging can not be inseparable,neither can packaging design and packaging testing,so it can be said that packaging testing is the vital part of packaging.Therefore,it has become a trend to explore the "good quality,low cost,green environmental protection" packaging test method.This paper makes an in-depth study on the non-destructive test and performance control of the cushioning performance of transport packaging,and conducts a multi-level and multi-angle study on the nonlinear characteristics of packaging materials,equivalent drop theory and computer simulation technology.The research results will provide a theoretical basis for packaging dynamics,a new idea for packaging testing,and a basis for packaging design,which has theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,In order to determine the research content and significance of this project,this paper studied the research status at home and abroad of packaging testing,briefly analyzed packaging performance testing techniques,simulation technology research,the nonlinear characteristics of packaging materials research,falling equivalent theory research and the vibration control theory research and integrated packaging test technology progress and development trend at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper studied the construction of nonlinear mathematical model based on EPE cushion material.A large number of studies have shown that the mechanical properties of packaging materials widely used in transportation packaging at present are very different,such as plastic materials such as EPE materials,EPS materials and paper materials such as corrugated board,honeycomb cardboard,are nonlinear materials.At present,most of the related researches simplify the packaging material into the mass block-spring model,but this model cannot truly reflect the nonlinear characteristics of the packaging material.For that,this paper proposes the mass block-nonlinear spring model that can truly reflect the characteristics of packaging materials.Then,the equivalent drop theory of EPE cushion material is established.Two common methods used in packaging testing are free drop test and impact drop test.Although the test methods and equipment are different,the test results of the two methods can be theoretically equivalent.This theory is called equivalent drop theory.Firstly,study the free drop test data and impact drop test data of a simple mass block-nonlinear spring model and convert and equivalent the equivalent drop theory.Secondly,study the equivalent drop theory of mass block-nonlinear spring-damping model on the basis of the previous study.Then,verify the feasibility of equivalent drop theory by free drop test and impact drop test.Finally,use the MapleSim simulation method based on symbolic-numerical algorithm to verify the equivalent drop theory.On the basis of this,study and analyze the non-destructive test of cushioning performance of transport package.Firstly,propose a non-destructive packaging performance test method-mixed drop method,which is a non-destructive test method that can predict the result of falling height by analyzing the test data of safe falling height.Then,establish the MapleSim simulation model of target drop height and combine it with the nonlinear mechanics model and equivalent drop theory proposed in the above study to calculate the relevant simulation parameters.Finally,verify the mixed drop test method by MapleSim simulation method.Finally,briefly analyzed the vibration control theory,and studied and analyzed the vibration test in combination with MapleSim simulation method,so as to provide reference for effective vibration control.
