Package dropping testers are necessary test equipment for package drop testing, however, drop experimental testers are lack of automatic testing device and model and algorithm at present,which make it poor in reproducibility ,reliability,and high in labour intensity.in view of this , this thesis develop a drop tester experimental control system combined mechanical,electronicand micro-control technology.Thesis is based on micro-control technology, sensor technology,manipulator technology, microcomputer development technology, IIC bus communicationtechnonlgy and other modern advanced technology,considering from the user's view ,this thesis build a design scheme of package drop experimental tester control system. It adopts combination of segmentation and integration, theoretical study and simulation experiment methods, to accomplish the design of package drop experimental tester automatic control system. Specific research results and conclusion as follows:(1)Comprehensive analysis the performance and characteristics of MCU, DSP and arm microprocessor,according to specific requirements of package dropping tester,determine the system scheme based on AT89S52.( 2 ) According to physical size parameters of package hexahedron,establish mathematical model, aiming at requirements of dropping experiment, design control algorithm of package hexahedron on face,edge ,angle, drop direction dropping.(3)Design dropping tester control system control panel containing 3*4 keyboard and LCD. Keyboard scanning circuit based on IIC bus; LCD displaying circuit; stepping motor driving circuit; monitoring circuit of infrared emitting pair transistor height.(4)Using c language, compile IIC bus communication program in keilμvision3 programming environment;center of package hexahedron and dropping target parameters processing program;keyboard scanning and LCD program;stepping motor driving program;monitoring program of infrared emitting pair transistor height。(5)Through debugging and experiment, proved that keyboard scanning circuit and LCD circuit can input center and dropping target parameters from3*4 keyboard ,and display on LCD simultaneously, the correctness of packaging hexahedron dropping position control algorithm;gripping and rotating stepping motor can execute related actions according to parameter processing program,angle error:±3.125°(caused by excessive step angle of stepping motor, not affect realization of the control system);symmetrically placed infrared emitting pair transistor can correctly detect lifting height of package according to variation of shielded infrared light,control and promote operation of stepping motor;function modules work coordiantely after integration,the system can realize the control function of dropping tester according to given parameters .Experimental results indicate that,package drop tester control system can realize its control function, works in normal order, and meets the designed requirements.
