LCD TV packaging parts in the process of transport and handling,the phenomenon of falling often occurs,the fall will cause damage to the structure and components of the LCD TV,the study of the product's impact resistance of its internal structure and the packaging before it leaves the factory is crucial.Before the products are put into the market,manufacturers need to carry out drop test to imitate the vibration and impact of the products in the transportation process,so as to verify whether the drop performance of the products meets the requirements.The traditional physical drop test is to simulate the drop of the product under different falling conditions and heights.After the fall,check the damage of the product and then optimize accordingly.This type of test is destructive and consumes a lot of time and money.not easy to operate and control.The use of finite element software to simulate the drop of the product can not only reduce the waste of resources caused by destructive testing,but also obtain data such as internal stress and deformation of the product that cannot be observed by the naked eye.These data can be more targeted to the product and packaging optimization,which has become a widely recognized way in the industry.This dissertation relies on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation technique to simulate the drop of LCD TV packages,and analyze the resulting data to optimize the product and cushion package design.This dissertation has mainly carried out the following work.(1)Perform the performance test of raw materials for LCD TV packaging,prepare test samples according to the original materials provided by the manufacturer,and complete the collection of material performance parameters with the assistance ofvarious colleges and external testing institutions.(2)The high-speed camera was used to shoot the actual drop of the LCD TV package,and the instantaneous state of the LCD TV under different dropping conditions was obtained,which provided reference material for the product fall simulation and verified the reliability of the simulation results.(3)The LCD TV package before and after the drop is disassembled and the main parts of the package are scanned in three dimensions.The actual three dimensions of the product are obtained by reverse engineering,and the shape changes before and after the drop are obtained,and verified the results of the simulation.(4)Using 3D mapping software Pro/E to model the product and build finite element model,and using ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the drop of LCD TV package,obtained the stress distribution and deformation data of all parts of the product under different drop conditions and solved the dynamic response of the package at any moment.(5)Based on the results of experiments and simulations,the structure of the main components of the LCD TV package and its cushion packaging is optimized,re-model and simulate the same falling conditions as before the optimization,and obtain the optimal design scheme by comparison.Provides a scientific direction for the optimization of the components of the product and its cushion packaging.
