Research On The Design Of Xingfang Village B&B In Houcun Town, Rizhao City

In recent years,with the promotion of "beautiful village and town construction" and "Rural Revitalization Strategy",the rapid development of tourism industry and the improvement of the spiritual needs of consumers,the rural homestay has entered a rapid development period.As an important carrier of rural tourism,homestay has become an important industry for Rural Revitalization.However,due to the hard copy,lack of innovation and other reasons,the design of rural homestay tends to be homogeneous and the function tends to be repetitive,which has been unable to meet the psychological needs of tourists.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to keep the traditional characteristics,inherit the regional culture in the design of the homestay and meet people's demands for rural homestay tourism.Based on the research of Xingfang village residence in Rizhao,and combined with the functional needs of people in the new era,this paper studies the design of Xingfang village residence in Rizhao.It mainly adopted Literature Research Method,Field Research Method and Induction.It deeply researches on design of Xingfang village residence from the perspectives of landscape science,folklore,architecture etc,and combining with the field research data of Xingfang village.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research on homestay design is collected,the current situation of homestay at home and abroad is analyzed,and the future development trend is summarized;Secondly,the background of Xingfang village is taken as the starting point to introduce the geographical landform,natural environment,development history and its unique cultural connotation,so as to provide reference for homestay design;Then,the characteristics and needs of Xingfang village tourists are analyzed.Next,it analyzes the landscape elements of Xingfang village's residential buildings,outlines the general situation of the project and elaborates in detail from four aspects: Architecture and courtyard pattern,architectural function layout,building materials and architectural decoration.Finally,it clarifies the concept,principle and method,functional zoning,architectural appearance,courtyard landscape and interior design.This paper follows the research sequence of putting forward,analyzing and solvingproblems.It is from theory to practice.It provides some reference significance for the design of Xingfang village house,and also provides another possibility for the design of rural house.
