Humanized Design And Realization Of The Education And Training Platform For New Trainees In Railway Telecom Services

country.The way to let more and more important for more people to get good education correctly.And also the development of science and technology,the traditional teaching way have being changed quietly,the original way of teaching between teachers and students is more and more diversified,electronic classroom and network teaching is becoming the major part of modern education,this new type of knowledge propagation mode is becoming more and more popular,it improves the teaching and learning efficiency and reduce the cost greatly,avoid waste of paper.Meanwhile ministry of Education is also encourage to strengthen of establish network teaching resources system,and exploit online learning to be possible,all of these makes more and more education business will focus on the network teaching even the exploit the platform.And the education management of new employees in electricity railway is one of the most important part of the work,should follow the trend of age and trying a variety of teaching methods constantly,obtain more efficient teaching training effect,thus can make sure the progress of electricity railway's work is in smoothly safety and promote the development of the railway system,play an extremely important.Therefore,in order to accommodate the efficient implementation of electrical railway training management,further realize the informatization of electrical education management,and further improve the application requirements of teaching and learning for new recruits,the design of electrical railway education management platform for new recruits is an extremely necessary requirement and task.This article according to inland and overseas practice situation which is using railway electrical service training status as opportunity,firstly it is aim at railway electrical service internal existing traditional education training pattern to extensive deeply inquiry,and find although railway electrical service is using PC to start training though the Internet gradually,but the mainly training way is still traditional class,and not using the training platform actually;secondly it is aim at employee who is newcomer especially for extensive inquiry,mainly know what kind of requirement they need during training,after though the inquiry and analysis found that traditional class can not satisfied with newcomer's individuation training requirement.and they want a convenient education training platform to satisfy the needs of individuation training requirement.Though analysis we found the newcomer want the realize the individuation platform for railway electrical service training,in order to meet the need of railway new employee.And I will earnest design it according to above six function,based on the IIS 6.0 information server,using SQL Server 2008,Dreamweaver CS5 for exploit basic platform,wield ASP technology to achieve training platform.After this education platform completed exploit,it has used in Qingdao railway electrical inward website for long time.And using appendix I to VI collect the user's evaluate.Through the inquiry we found that this education training platform not only have above six individuation function,but also can guarantee running smoothly and every module test well basic functions etc.It will play a crucial part in education training system,and education more talents of high quality,business elite,strong innovation ability for railway electrical service training system.Thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is introduction,we will have explain every parts follow: First chapter,mainly introduce the research background,content and methods,the research status of the subject;The second chapter is the railway new recruits education management platform analysis of the status of the research,mainly aim at situation of electric service education,traditional railway education pattern,railway education's advantage and problem,the way to solve the problem,railway education in foreign,the requirement of railway new recruits,the requirement of remote education,the necessity of teacher training resource,training management and pattern,employee's requirement to analysis.The third chapter is railway new recruits education management platform thesis management system of humanized design,according to the user's requirement and principles of design,analysis of platform basis,principles,humanized requirement,software maintenance and technical support;The fourth chapter is railway electric service new recruits education management platform exploitation achievement and application,this part mainly introduces the technique base,requirement of process,organization structure,data store,the system development of the key code and the platform follow-up update and application,using and feedback,analysis and evaluation.Through using analysis we found that this platform was accepted by most of user,but still have lots of problems.Aiming at the problems we found before,I have improve and promote platform accordingly;The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect,mainly introduce the summary of research results and prospect for further research,discover railway electrical training platform had mainly achieved the humanization and requirement.By the way,the developing of platform using prospect had expection.
