Research On Zhengzhou Automobile Manufacturing Cost Control Based On Value Chain Theory

Automobile industry plays an important role in the national economy.Most of the provinces(cities)with strong domestic manufacturing layout are automobile manufacturing and parts industry.As a national central city,automobile industry also plays an important role in Zhengzhou industrial system.In order to speed up the development of Zhengzhou's automobile manufacturing industry on the existing basis,Zhengzhou Municipal People's government issued the "made in China 2025 Zhengzhou action plan" in 2017.Automobile manufacturing industry has the characteristics of long industrial chain,large scale,capital intensive,etc.,but in the fierce competition at home and abroad,cost management has become the key to improve the competitiveness of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry.In order to win the competitive advantage,it is necessary to study the cost control of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry.From the perspective of value chain,this paper studies the cost management of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry by means of literature analysis,comparative analysis and case study.The paper consists of six chapters,mainly including four parts: the first part,theoretical combing.Based on the content and classification of value chain theory,this chapter makes a comparison with traditional cost control,and analyzes the necessity of using value chain cost control in automobile manufacturing industry.The second part,based on the value chain theory of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing cost control analysis.This part analyzes the value chain and cost structure of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry from each link,and finds out the existing problems of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry;the third part,case analysis.This part first introduces the general situation of YT company,then analyzes the value chain and cost control of YT company,finds out the existing problems,and finally puts forward suggestions for the existing problems;the fourth part,based on the value chain theory of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing cost optimization suggestions.This chapter puts forward optimization suggestions from the internal value chain and external value chain for the problems existing in Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry.There are two innovations in this paper: first,expand the research field of value chain cost control theory.Based on the value chain theory,this paper analyzes the costformation of automobile manufacturing industry,and puts forward the cost control suggestions of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry,which is of reference significance to the development of enterprise manufacturing industry in the later regions.Second,multi-disciplinary knowledge integration.With the help of historical analysis method,the research topic explores the historical traceability and development status of Zhengzhou automobile manufacturing industry;completes the value chain decomposition of automobile manufacturing enterprises based on the value chain theory;studies the cost composition of automobile manufacturing enterprises based on the cost management theory;studies the cost control system of the enterprise with YT company as a typical case.Since the scope of this study is limited to specific industries in Zhengzhou,the basic theories and research methods of regional economics and industrial economics are also reflected in this paper.
