| The development of automobile industry is an important sign to measure the development level of science and technology in a country,and it is an important pillar industry of manufacturing industry,which plays an important role in the national economy.China has always placed the automobile industry in an important position.China’s independent brand automobile enterprises shoulder the important task of revitalizing China’s automobile industry.In recent years,they have developed rapidly.A number of excellent enterprises,such as Geely,great wall,BYD,etc.,have broken through 10000 US dollars per capital GDP in 2019,and China’s economy has entered a new stage.However,in 2019,the automobile industry has experienced negative growth that has not been seen in 28 years.It is the direction that we should study how Chinese independent brand automobile manufacturing enterprises go against the trend and develop continuously in the competition when the environment is relatively deteriorated.This paper takes Dongfeng Fengshen as the research object,and studies the influence of the change of its production mode from traditional production mode to order production mode on the supply chain.Learn and understand the research status and related theories of production mode and supply chain management at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the structure and operation of the supply chain of the joint venture automobile manufacturing enterprise represented by Dongfeng Nissan and the independent brand automobile manufacturing enterprise represented by Geely Automobile.This paper describes Dongfeng Fengshen’s product strategy,supply chain strategy,gap with industry benchmark enterprises,organizational change,preconditions,implementation process after the implementation of order production,as well as the impact on Dongfeng Fengshen’s product market,suppliers,quality,R&D and supply chain after implementation.From the perspectiveof management innovation,this paper puts forward a new development idea for China’s independent brand automobile manufacturing enterprises.First of all,this paper uses the method of literature research to collect the literature related to the topic selection,and systemically sorts and classifies its contents to obtain the theoretical basis and factual basis for the research;it uses case analysis to analyze the supply chain and order production organization mode of Dongfeng Nissan and Geely Automobile,the distribution of various elements in the supply chain,and the characteristics of the supply chain and order production point,etc Based on the analysis,this paper studies the current situation and shortcomings of Dongfeng Fengshen’s supply chain management by empirical research.Using supply chain management theory and inventory theory,this paper analyzes the causes of problems in Dongfeng Fengshen’s supply chain management and production mode,puts forward the development path of Dongfeng Fengshen’s future supply chain management,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for its realization.At last,the shortcomings of this study and the problems that need further study are put forward. |
