Based on the analysis of the research background of the oil-fired heater and the research status of the domestic oil-fired heater,this paper designs and develops an intelligent fuel heater control circuit based on SME32 single chip microcomputer.The basic structure of the oil heater is mainly composed of air supply system,combustion system,exhaust system and control system.The control system controls the whole operation process including oil pump,fan motor,temperature detection,etc.And it is the core part of the fuel heater.Therefore,the design of the control system is very important for the operation of the fuel heater.By analyzing the working principle,working process,performance requirements and working environment of the oil-fired heater,this paper presents the overall scheme of the heater control circuit with STM32 series single chip microcomputer as the main control chip.The overall plan includes two parts,hardware and software,which are combined with air supply,exhaust and combustion chamber to build a fuel heater..The control circuit is combined with the air supply and exhaust and the combustion chamber to jointly build a fuel heater device.In the software design of the control circuit,three control modes of power,temperature and time are designed,and an incremental PID control algorithm is introduced to control the rotation speed of the fan to achieve the best heating effect.The final test shows that the equipment has realized the functions of fuel heating,automatic regulation and automatic shutdown according to various modes.With the increase of ambient temperature,the heating rate is stable,and the combustion rate is sufficient,and the thermal efficiency is higher.
