In the 1940 s, the original car fuel heater was born and used widely to all kinds of vehicles because of its excellent performance. It used to be a standard configuration on the vehicles especially in Europe. It has goes through a very long developing stage and still goes on making progress in a new style.This paper deeply states the working principle of the car heaters according to a lot of related materials I have collected. It retrospects the problems ever in application of the heaters in the markets. Including that it can’t endure the ignition reliability, it has a large volume and a low different way of the combustion chamber structure, the result of the tests and experiments has proved to be right.In this paper, I will take the volatile atomizing vehicle fuel heater as the research object to show the optimization of the heater in these expects below:In order not to lose the hot functions and to reduce pollutant emission, this article finds a new technical route that can reduce evaporation pressure distribution and improve the evaporation efficiency at the same time on the basis of WALLFILM evaporation model. It used the software of CFD simulation the number of the stomata in the main combustion chamber to realize the optimization of the heater.Before the heater had all kinds of problems, such as the big inductance driver components on the electric motor, oil pump and so on, the more kinds of frequent electromagnetic noise from the sudden changes of voltage caused by PWM signal and the serious interferences to the test and feedback signals, temperature signals and even to MCU. Here I provide a key to relieve the electromagnetic noise by adding series and resistance into perform input end to increase the integration time. It achieves good results in practical application.The vehicle heater actuator needs a full error diagnosis. Take the oil pump low impedance high inductance drive as an example, I create the cute design ideas. On the one hand it can improve auxiliary detection signal, on the other hand it is economical and dependable. It describes the truth value changes in the different conditions, it avoids the difficulty in the accurate judgement of the inductance device driver fault.Finally let me summarize this paper. I’d like to forward to the future and make the following research plan combining with the design experience in the heater and controller.
