Parking fuel heater as an independent heat source,through the burning of liquid fuel after loading,can be independent for the car cab heating,which is used in cold season or cold areas of the car heating and improves the occupants comfort.From the perspective of improving the cold start performance of the car,the parking fuel heater can provide the appropriate ambient temperature and the engine to start preheating,so that the vehicle starts at room temperature.Thus,the use of parking fuel heater can not only solve the vehicle cold start difficult and the problem of high emissions and badly worn under the condition of low temperature start,but also improve the driver's comfort.In this research,the mechanical structure,working principle and installation method of the parking heater are analyzed.On this basis,based on the model of the parking heater produced by Hebei Weitai Heavy Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward a comprehensive optimization design of parking fuel heater's control system.And on this theory basis,a new intelligent controller is designed.The hardware and software of the parking heater are designed in the temperature collection,speed collection and power supply voltage collection.The fault diagnosis circuit is designed by using the function of the intelligent power chip BTS6163 D.In addition,the hardware protection circuit designed for the short circuit of the oil pump is analyzed,and the high temperature burning condition of the glow plug is analyzed and the electric power control circuit is designed.A surge suppression circuit is designed to suppress the surge of the fuel heater in the parking system.When the load dumping occurs,the control system can be protected from the surge voltage.The circuit is tested with ISO 7637-2 5a pulse.The results show that the circuit has high reliability in surge suppression and can be used as a surge protection mechanism for parking heater.On the aspect of software,this paper introduces the design of the whole structure of the software and the flow design of the working condition structure.The DC motor model of the parking fuel heater is established,and the PID control algorithm is used to control the speed of the heater to improve the combustion quality of the heater.Simulation and practice results show that the control algorithm has good performance under the dynamic and steady state condition.As to the control system,hardware welding and software programming and burning are carried out for experimental debugging and the real performance test.As a result,it shows the design corresponds to requirements and is equipped with high reliability.
