With the development of society, the concept of sharing has gradually become a national development concept, which has been put forward and frequently emphasized by different fields.Driven by the sharing economy such as sharing bicycles, all fields have opened the way of "sharing" exploration, including all kinds of urban land. With the continuous expansion of urban land, the development space is restricted. For urban development planners, they have put forward stock planning, urban renewal and other ways to reuse and update the developed areas to deal with this problem. However,as the urban developed land, the university land is relatively complete with facilities, and the public space is still sufficient. It can also be effectively shared with the society lack of land saving and supporting facilities. At this time, the social group began to pursue more substantial spiritual life after the basic satisfaction of material life, calling for more green space, sports venues, squares, catering and medical facilities and other urban supporting facilities.Based on this premise, more and more social groups began to flow into open universities with complete facilities and high-quality environment, sharing campus public facilities with college teachers and students. The public facilities in universities should be intensively and efficiently used, instead of being idle after class..In such a background, this paper first summarizes the development process of domestic and foreign university public facilities and urban sharing,as well as the research status and research theory of domestic university public facilities sharing.Through a series of questionnaires to determine the evaluation indicators of public facilities after use,the POE of public facilities sharing in universities is established, and experts are invited to score and determine the weight of the evaluation indexes.Starting from the qualitative system and the quantitative system, the qualitative system provides the theoretical basis and the quantitative system provides the data support.Taking several universities in Jinan as examples, first of all, according to the historical development of the city,it is divided into five circles, each circle selects the campus with the highest proportion of public facilities. After that, the field observation interview andquestionnaire were conducted for each campus, and the feedback of the opinions and attitudes of the people inside and outside the existing open campus was learned by using the POE,and the questionnaire was divided into two kinds of questionnaires: university teachers and students and social groups. On the one hand, the author intuitively felt the current situation of the use of each campus and the characteristics of crowd activities through on-site investigation;on the other hand, the author effectively calculated the attitudes and opinions of two types of people towards the opening of the campus through questionnaire distribution, and summarize the subjective evaluation and satisfaction evaluation of public facilities evaluation factors.Effectively master the contradiction between the shared facilities of both parties and propose the best solution. Finally, through the research of this paper, the theoretical guidance for the campus planning based on the premise of sharing is carried out,so that the university teachers and students can get along with the social crowd more harmoniously, the University and the city are integrated and symbiotic, the functions are effectively complementary, and the whole society is stable and sustainable development. At the same time,it can provide certain theoretical basis and research basis for the future research of the same type of subjects.
